Staff was really helpful when I told them that we will have a late check in. Also area was accessible to a lot of places. Good stay.

great customer service and cleanliness

I know its an extended stay, but having a couple cups already supplied and maybe coffee either available in the lobby or supply a cheap coffee pot would be nice. Rooms are nice.

Safe and quiet

Lobby coffee was only during breakfast hours. Breakfast was granola bars and some muffins. Still a decent hotel for the price compared to staying in Seattle proper. I’d stay here again.

Bare bones hotel stay. Smelled like urine in the hallway. We needed a place to sleep after a concert and the room served its purpose. Wouldn’t intentionally stay here again. Employee who checked us in was very nice.

The room was nice and clean.

Great location.. Unfortunately they gave us a room right next to the electrical room and that just made horrible noises 24/7.. Walls very thin, u can hear everyones conversations.. Besides that, room was nice, clean, bed was cumfy

Not the best place

They did not change the sheets before us and they were blood stained. Asked the front desk for a band aid and they offered us toilet paper and tape. No one was wearing a uniform or name tag

The kitchen had absolutely no dishes, silverware, cups or even a coffee maker. What is the point of a stove or advertising a kitchen? The included breakfast was a cup of yogurt and or coffee, tea. That was it!! Since no coffee in room they should not have stopped coffee in lobby at 9am. Seems like they did the bare minimum to just say they had it.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend! Close to target, multiple dining options in walkable distance and only a couple minutes from the mall!

Hi the service was good, but the breakfast was to poor, not like before.

Seems like they are being suffered by employee shortage. Everyone on the premises were kind but the service was either not available or took so long time.

Front desk very nice people. When we get to facility, there’s no room available. Thou they gave us listings of hotels around the area. They said they will refund me. Still waiting for it.

This place has all the charm of a human storage facility. Its basically like a hostel for older people. Pluses-it is a place to stay-good sized refrigerator, close distance to target, trader joe's, grocery store and restaurants. Negatives-asked for coffee pot,carafe was from one machine so it didn't work very well with machine, asked for can opener and it did not work. Staff is generally pleasant, but management clearly does not care about user experience. My take-it is a place to stay. I would never return!

We were so impressed with this place--until our water went out. I sure with they would tell you and/or apologize for the inconvenience. Luckily the shampoo was rinsed off!

Noisy at night and especially in the morning when cleaning staff is starting to manage rooms by slamming the doors. Nice location but not what we were expecting to see.

The shower didn't work and the toilet didn't flush all the way. Could not get it cold in the room.

Unfortunately we will not stay again…hotel is not accommodating. Unwelcoming atmosphere, no ice machine, no coffee in rooms, no guest shower necessities and needed upgrades overall.

Stay clear of room 504. The bed and bathroom smells like a locker room

I checked in for my first night without an issue, but when I returned the next day and tried getting into my room, my key didn’t work. I went back to the lobby and became one of almost a dozen people waiting in the lobby for a new key because they were locked out of their rooms or were new guests trying to check in for the first time. We waited for over an hour for someone to finally arrive at the desk. The sign on the counter said that they would be right back and to dial zero on their courtesy phone for any urgent needs. Dialing zero on their courtesy phone rang the telephone at the empty front desk. Several of us tried calling Extended Stay of America’s phone number and customer service line to try to get assistance and we were even getting concerned that we may need to call the police for a welfare check. The customer service line closed at 8 o’clock Eastern time and the time was about 6 o’clock Pacific. When someone finally did show up over an hour later, they didn’t so much as offer a simple apology.

The staff was not helpful at all. There were no kitchen items (even a cup) available at the room although it was advertised as an extended stay place. When I asked about it to the staff, they say they only have limited number of kitchen items and that I have to wait and check every morning if one avilable. This place certainly is not a good one if you plan to stay a few days. You do not get any support from the staff at all. Terrible.

Good accommodations, easy to get to. Staff was not too personable but efficient check in and check out. Several sketchy persons around the neighborhood.

Great 2 night stay. Cold AC. Only issue is my key card stopped working multiple times. Besides that nice stay. Close to Target where we went grocery shopping.

Only stayed 1 night staff Friendly rooms clean I would recommend it strongly for someone staying multiple days as it has small kitchen included and close to medical facilities

Poor service

It was cleaner than what I expected. Has stove, but no cookware to cook or eat with

The one disappointment is when I hotel says that breakfast is included and it's just a token bag of packaged food.

My room was clean and had all the amenities that were advertised. Staff were polite. Unfortunately, the water had to be turned off for about six hours one day.
