The customer service was very good and veryone was very kind and helpful.

There were urine stains on the bathroom wall (opposite the toilet) and the grout was black. Our feet came up dirty. The tub was also peeling paint. The deadbolt was too low to engage with slot, so we only had the basic lock and a dinky flip lock. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and would go into a mode where it rattled. We tried changing it, but it didn't help. Also, apparently the ceiling fan was just there for decoration. The road noise is pretty extreme. When I went to check out there was just a dish to drop the key in. I wasn't comfortable with that, so I called out for the front desk person, who seemed annoyed that I wanted to hand it to an actual person.

Tub had mold in tiles. Next door guest had screaming toddler and a dog that kept us up part of the night.

The new manager put me on the DO Not Rent list. After hours of my valuable time on the phone with expedia.com i was able to find a solution to my problem.

The rooms are very nice and clean. excellent customer service! walking distance to a few places to eat if you don't want to dry, super close to all the major store such as Walmart

I liked it because it's close to many restaurants and splash kingdom. It was a bit of a drive to the gaming room but overall it was nice 👍👍👍

Not terrible

Area had road construction when we stayed but really couldn't hear it with the white noise from air conditioning. Staff was great and helpful. Needed help with TV remote and front office staff came and fixed it and showed me how to if it happened again. Liked that there was no carpeting, clean room.

Good stay for the money. Over all no complaints. Was fairly clean the bed was not as comfortable as I’d like but for the money but was good enough. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Pool was clean.

Check in could have been better - no fault of staff name of Mary. She received multiple rude calls from someone wanting her to transfer them to a room.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Check in staff was very pleasant. Would stay again.

The bed was hard! The Four nights we stayed we only got fresh towels, the room was not swept, sheets were not changed.

The room had a very musty smell and everything felt damp and sticky including the bed. There has been a great deal of rainfall in the area lately so I'm sure that is what contributed to this issue. The computer system was down upon check in but the desk clerk was calm and very pleasant to interact with.

It was spacious. I didn't pay attention to the smoking room when booking it, but that's on me. Slept very well and showered well.

The property is very dirty! There are cigarette holes in the mattress and I was in a non-smoking room. Shower curtain was full of mold.

Clean and decent condition for an older property.

The shower handle fell off into the bathtub each time it was used. The toilet didnt flush. It was nasty. The office staff were never available. Could hear the tv playing in. Back. But no one out front

It would feel more like home if there was at least 1 picture on the wall, had a clock, and maybe drawers to put tour clothes in, the front staff was wonderful and very friendly.

Bathrooms need to be scrubbed and replace chipped tubs

There was no cold water for a shower at night or in the morning.
