The only problem was the intenet connection really poor and slow

Lovely hotel during the COVID outbreak July 2020 - very clean and aggressive to all the tiles - parking 10€ a bit stressful underground with a big car ! Easy walking distance to the city and bars restaurants.

A little to find but everything else very good.

we had an misunderstanding concerning the babybed we did order and the hotel did everything possible to solve is asap, very good service. And because of the little inconvenience caused they decided not to charge the babybed.

Basic but clean and functional rooms. Friendly staff. Very convenient for Tours city centre. If you’re lucky like we were, there is easy parking outside that you only need to pay for during the day. There is also an underground car park with a height restriction of 1.9m which we didn’t use, but looked incredibly narrow with a steep ramp.

Very good location . Staff very nice.Room very clean. Breakfast very correct for 10€. Room a bit small, but its standart size at this price. 8/10. Wi-Fi difficult to catch, but finally works great when we keep signal on. Very quiet.

This hotel has a nice room for the price and so was comfortable. However, it was unfortunately that the parking lot in the basement is small and a very narrow and steep slope down into there. This is why my car had a small scratch.

A reasonably priced hotel with pleasant staff. Air conditioning went wrong 1st night so a bit uncomfortable, but easily fixed the next day. Poor wi-fi reception in my room on ground floor. Excellent breakfast choice except overdone eggs.

It is not as close to the center of town or the train station as I would have liked. However, it was easy to located and the rom and staff were pleasant enough for our two day stay in Tours.

We really appreciated that you had a room to accommodate Three singles traveling together. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking garage was a plus also.

Not as close to the centre as you might expect - a 12 min brisk walk but not easy with luggage. The rooms are clean but basic, expect no frills. When leaving the premises to go out, you are required to hand in your keys at reception. If you need an iron, you will have to ask at reception and do your ironing in a room at the back. Would not recommend this hotel for stays longer than a couple of days.

The hotel was within a 10-minute walk to the center of the town, and another 10-minute walk to the "old city" of Tours. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable, with good beds, a workable shower, and air conditioning (unfortunately, no refrigerator). It was good to have a room in the back of the hotel -- much quieter! There was a good market across the street from the hotel. Overall, a good experience, and good value for the money! One warning: don't bring a big car to park -- the underground (paid) parking garage has a VERY narrow entry!
