Very nice people but nonsmoking room smelled like smoke.

This hotel was a hidden gem.. I was looking for an unexpensive stay to not blow my budget when i found this place.. Room was much much bigger than i was expecting.. And being a corner room with all the windows made it feel bigger.. Room was clean and had a free parking garage, so i felt safe and could drive out whenever i wanted to explore.. Restaurant next door was really good Honestly i think my only complaint is that i did not stay longer to explore more.. The city seemed to have much more to offer than i first thought.. Either way when i come back, this place will get my business again..

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Nice room and a great breakfast. Walking distance to city center. We would like to stay here again.

Located in a quieter part of town, we appreciated the free parking garage and the pet-friendly policy. The only quibble we have is that our bathroom was extremely tiny, barely large enough to accommodate a standing shower and a toilet.

The stay was nice and quiet, the free parking was really good and it is located only a 20 min walk from the city centre. The I lay thing I didn’t like was my room did not have curtains on one large window so I was woken by the sun when it rose - which in October is at a reasonable time but during the summer I can imagine it would be a problem.

Nice and clean with friendly staff. Parking for free is available which for me is a plus. The only problem I had was with wifi. Although my room was next to the router the connection was very bad, almost unusable. I hope it was a temporary problem. A good thing is that within 20 meters there is a restaurant with good beer and food, 200-300 meters is a Lidl and city centre is 10 min driving.

Great place to stay while passing through dresden

For us as a family our room just had everything we needed I order to have a pleasant and easy stay. It was a 20 min walk to the city, but that was ok.

For 80 euros a night the hotel was okay. The place was clean and service was good but the location of the place is not great

They would have charged me 149€ + local tax. You have charged me 174 € and I had to pay local tax on top. What an intransparent and poor service from your end. I guess, unless there is no action from your end, I cannot give you any positive feedback. Honestly spoken, I would not consider your booking service at all in future. Kindest regards, Jens

This was our second stay at ACHAT Hotel Comfort in Dresden. It is conveniently located away from the City and can be reached in a short bus ride of about four stops. When you leave, it is only a short taxi ride to the main train station. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The hotel had all the basic facilities needed, including free car parking and a good breakfast buffet.

One night stop over on the way back from Poland. Location slightly out of town centre but pricd rdflects this and wxcelkent buss service. Highly recommended :-)

Clean, very, very basic, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Will charge 7euros for breakfast . Bearing in mind that this is Germany, I wouldn't pay more than 1euro for this standard. (they also implied that breakfast was included in the service when I checked in - I should have asked and checked the fine print). The room was very basic and noisy but admittedly clean. All in all, not impressed!

Overall, I was quite happy with this simple little hotel: The staff was friendly, the rooms clean, and the location quiet and not too far from central locations like the train station and downtown. The only slight drawback was the lack of laundry facilities and no nearby laundromats, which might be important to those wishing to stay longer.

The hotel provided spacious family facilities for my wife and two teenaged kids. It was 3 minutes from the Altstadt and well accessible by car. The hotel does not cater for lunch or dinner, but restaurants were close by. The breakfast was ample and was catered for in specific breakfast facilities. We certainly would return.

With GPS it was easy to find. Good value. Not too far from histrical centre. Free underground parking was a bonus. We didn't use breakfast room, so can't comment. Room was clean, and well kept. We would stay there again.
