Although I was EXTREMELY disappointed that they wouldn't let me out of my reservation as I needed to book closer to our travel location, it ended up being a nice place to stay. Front desk staff was very friendly, the breakfast was nice even though we couldn't stay for that, and the room was immaculate. It had a little bit different smell, but you got used to it. Only problem was the water wouldn't go down the drain in the tub. Otherwise very comfortable room.

Our stay here was excellent. The hotel is up to date and looks newly renovated. I was impressed with how clean it was. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were efficient. I would stay here again if I happened to be in the area another time. Dogs are allowed but I probably wouldn’t have known there were dogs there if not for seeing one outside. It was clean and quiet.

These rooms and bathroom are small. They are well featured but not even a closet. Ok for a night but not an extended stay. Breakfast was very limited. Only an ok value overall.

Handicap rooms are at the end of the hallway? So you make us walk to end of the hallway. Next the side door. And then tell to use that door because it is convenient. It is NOT safe for limited mobility persons like myself. No railing for the steps. Top step is at least 10 inches up. It was not convenient. You need someone who is handicap to help you reassess your handicap options

It was what we paid for. Accommodating staff but the amenities per room were lacking. No Closets, iron and board were shared amongst the rooms. Smell wasn't too pleasant as expected in a hotel as well.

Great room, reasonable rates. Very very clean inside and out. Would rather have a coffee pot in the room as I don't like to wake up and go down to the breakfast room however the coffee in there was really good!!

For the price that I paid for a Microtel this place was beautiful, precious, Clean clean, up-to-date really nice!!! Really nice nice people ... great experience !!!

Very clean and nice staff. I would ask for top floor next time as we had people above us walking all over for hours on end until late at night. Not sure what they were doing since the rooms are about the size of a large dorm room! Traffic was heard but I think if we had a room on the other side of the building, we wouldn’t have heard it. Great value for the money!

Front staff was very kind and the housekeepers stopped by and asked if we needed additional towels. The price was worth the stay. Only complaint is the mini fridge needs to defrosted and cleaned out. There were beverages left behind.

Good hotel. Good value. I suggest adding a coating to the shower/tub to make it less slippery. Refrigerator was very cold. Thank you. AC worked great. Comfortable bedding. Good water pressure in shower.

Stay was clean and comfortable. Accommodations met our expectations and were inline with room price. Accessibility from interstate, readily available food, gas and shopping, and available parking were all positives. Breakfast was nominal for a quick bite before hitting the road. Would definitely stay again and with this chain.

The workmen ship in the room I stayed was subpar. Paint over spray on the walls, doors & tile. It looks like it was a rush job to complete the project, it is not quality work.

It was ok. The beds were hard and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The room was supposed to be accessible but the shower wasn't at all. But for the price, it was ok

I was looking for a hotel for a work trip and so thankful I booked my stay here! The room was exactly what I was looking for! Very clean, bathroom was spacious and bed was comfy. The staff here was out of this world. They offered a wonderful continental breakfast with many options to get your day going. You will not regret staying here!
