If you want to stay near the airport and save money book this but don't expect anything special. It was relatively clean though the microwave looked ancient and the tub had rust. My biggest concern was that i checked in alone and later when my boyfriend joined me his key didnt work. He went to thebfront desk and told them and they just gave him 2 more keys. Without checking who he was or asking me to verify so basically any man eith my room number could have gotten keys made to my room. Scary to think of.

Not good not bad, this is was we expected for a USA hotel, price expensive as usual, service poor, breakfast poor, room okay in size but, no maintenance though, very old kitchen with rust, old bathroom but big. Walls made of paper, we could listen TV of next room so well. Location though was good and close to public transport, which is not good in general anyway but near.

Stay was generally okay. However, there were several instances of people smoking hemp within the premises, staircase was smelling of urine.
Also, provision (brooms, etc) could be made for self cleaning of the rooms as cleaning is slated for once a week

I really liked the landscape and plants. Simple, but really nice.

The hotel in conveniently located to q grocery store and lots if restaurants and stores that deliver.
Housekeeping is not free.
If you need pots/ pans, utensils or towels you have to go to front desk to fet them yourself.
No elevator.

First room AC did not work. Moved to another room. Second room Nonsmoking room but smelled like has smoked there in the past.

Room was non smoking, it smelled like cigarettes smoke, cigarettes butts were outside infront of door, rails stairs were dirty. I checked out after 4 hours , I understand I couldn’t get a refund but in this situation I believe I should of got it.

When we checked in, i was supprised the coffee area was small and i imagined it would have being a larger area. we walked to our room and when i opened the door it smelled like someone was eating fish. so we sprayed the room with fabres that the front desk gave us when i called to tell them about the smell. I wanted to take a nice bath, but the tub was cleaned but you could see bathtub rings, and i was a really bad clean job, needless to say i only took a shower.
nice things were, close to the car parking but a fee was charged. location was great across the street from a shopping center.

The room smelled horrible. Air freshener did not help. Walls are paper thin so it was noisy.

Checked in Thursday before 6, went to the room. Took a quick nap. When my friend arrive about 10:30, I got up to take a shower.
I noticed blood around the toilet and floor, then i noticed blood residue in the bathtube.
Call front desk to get a new room no king size available. That morning was told we could change rooms after 2:00 pm. Fine.
Saturday, the toilet wouldn't flush, the phone in the room did not work. Used my cell phone to call the front desk. I took two calls and about 2 hours for some to bring me a plunger. Not good

Overall, a nice place to stay. It seems like some people live there but it was ok. The place is clean with a kitchenette and free parking. Plenty of good fast food within walking distance amd a grocery store next door.

The too was not so clean holes on the furniture it’s just getto a lot of homeless I’ll never come back here again.

It was filthy. Walls were stained and dirty as were the doors, floors, and MANY stains on the carpet and sofa. I spent 30 minutes after driving 4 hours to clean areas were going to use. We kept our flip flops on. Didn’t think about showering. We cut our stay short at this place and checked out early morning.

Was horrible experience, bed was very nasty and room smelled, looks nothing like online photo, my worst ever, I don’t recommend even for free, we had to seek another hotel and thank God for making it possible to book and stay at Best Western commerce Plus, it was so clean and offered so many amenities for less, I highly recommend and will make it I home away from home-whenever in Cali

The property location is excellent. Next to a supermarket, gym, restaurants, the airport, etc. BUT the rooms need an urgent renovation!! The furniture is old and damaged. The room was not clean when I got it. I found a trash can full of dirty dippers in the bath room and I found dead spiders on each corner of the room. Also there’s a lot of noise between room so you can hear everything from the rooms next to you and above you.

Rooms and staff were nice enough but a lot of people, maybe homeless, hanging out on the property all night.

We have stayed at same name hotels before and hence this reservation but NO kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, cups,etc. in room. Staff did not tell us we had to ask for them. When got coffee maker, no coffee filters and coffee was loose grinds. No decaff coffee or tea offered. Had to ask for 2 mugs and no creamer given with coffee so unable to use coffee maker after all.
Breakfast was a joke, We have always enjoyed a hot BF at other ESA hotels, but there were oatmeal packets that we had to use coffee cups to eat out of and packaged muffins. Had to wait about 10 minutes to check out as staff were multitasking and no-one at the desk and very poor attitude of most staff. At least it was quite so got a good night's rest after a shower BUT again no shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the unit. Only 2 small pieces of soap. Very upset at the whole experience.

Convenient place to stay when you need to overnight before an LAX flight. Hotel looks in good condition on the outside. Rooms are showing their age, but clean. Located at the edge of a light industry and office area. Fairly quiet. Most noise came from elsewhere in the hotel.

Beautiful place. Great location. Try to park in the street for free or you will have to pay $44/night for parking. My only complaint was that they had a universal room temperature for all the hotel rooms. I could not adjust my room temp, which is strange. My family and I were cold and had to request more blankets.

I just can’t believe how poorly I slept last night. The neighbors woke us up at 130am talking. The talking continued to 4am at least when I finally got back to sleep for a couple hours. The AC made a loud sound that made me turn it off and on. I called the front desk to help with the noise and no answer.

Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Reported this to staff, and she sweetly stated she would pass that information on to management.
Room had been cleaned. Carpet was pretty gross. Not a horrible stay, but not great. Got the job done.

The couch bed had urine stains. Blood stains, totally unclean and unsanitary. The bathroom was dirty. None of the plug outlets work in the room. We had to change rooms no manager on site when we change rooms we wasn’t upgraded or nothing.

Late night check in was almost a complete nightmare. Had an incredibly rude interaction with one employee (first initial A). Was made to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a computer issue - understandable. Had to fight to be allowed to remain in the building while I waited (it was 1 AM, cold, and I am a solo female traveler). A had announced she was all alone and I’d need to be outside - I asked her to reconsider and she walked off with a scoff and slammed the back door.
20 minutes later I was helped by Jasmin and she was wonderful and kind. While Jasmin was great, it clearly showed A was never alone and didn’t have a reason to kick me out.
Room overall was not very clean and had a strange smell. Does not look like the photos.

arrive at 11.15 pm I wait and call on a phone it have outside for 15 minutes to be attended. I left 7am and no one at the front desk.
