The staff at this hotel is exceptional. they go out of their way to make you happy. I really like room 430!

The room was noisy all night due to whatever equipment, elevators, heat pumps or whatever else was making noise, plus the loud sounds from the nearby interstate highway. I wouldn’t recommend if you want a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was just average.

We have stayed here before it is clean and the staff is friendly. It looks like they are in the tail end of a remodel or upgrade. New carpet and interior furniture and wall coverings.

This property stunk or room smelled like a dead mouse was in it. Then I was double charged for this absolute awful stay!

I have stayed here many times and was always pleased. This last time I feel like their beds have run their course and need replacing! Very uncomfortable husband and I kept sinking into each other bc the matress had no support. So a night of rest turned into a restless night!

Went all the way up to the room and the keys didn’t work, don’t you hate that? Went back downstairs and the poor receptionist was frustrated with the keying system and I don’t blame her. Re-keyed and it still didn’t work, can you believe it? Third time is the charm I guess but wow. Hey, management - do you think it’s time to get a more reliable system? Otherwise good stop for a road trip layover, and better than average breakfast!

All the baseboards down the halls of the third floor had been taken off, I assume this was for replacing but it really stands out.

This hotel has easy parking and on off access to the freeway. It’s a bit rundown and needs some updating but the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Unfortunately, I was on the freeway side of the building and could hear the traffic the whole time. It is disappointing that Hampton Inn has not invested in better windows on that side of the building. I did not sleep well due to the noise.

We were there for two nights and we were able to get in the hot tub for about 10 minutes because it was full of kids under 14 all afternoon

This hotel had a lot of stars and so I booked it. The lobby has furniture that looks unclean and ratty. The booth that I set at was torn and had foam coming out. My bed comforter has some kind of chemical on it that made it stiff and feel gross. I took a shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they didn’t seem surprised. I stayed three nights and the shower never had hot water. I have never written a bad review but this was all too much not to say anything

The Location was ok. Can’t complain as I wanted to be close to UVU, with it being next to the freeway so was the hotel. So the traffic was loud. I did like being close to campus. Breakfast was ok. My bathroom for some reason especially at night smelled of sewage and when I flushed the toilet the drain in the shower made a gurgling sounds made me worried it was gonna come up in the shower. The hot water in the shower was only luke warm. Didn’t get very hot. Had the knob turned up all the way and still not very hot. During they day they had some delivery or something and had the hallway blocked off very difficult to get to the elevators. Having to dodge large boxes and delivery people was a bit inconvenient.
