A place to relax but need to fix something's in that building..

The staff was great and the service was great and it is not overpriced like all the other ones In the area. Very clean and the front desk really helps you. Great place to stay in Elizabethtown ky. I recommend this place to everyone

First room was the worst. Spongy floor, not one hanger in make do closet, three lamps and only one lightbulb plus TV had broken stand so was lopsided. Staff was very nasty and insisted was very nice room. Put me in second room which did have hanger and one lightbulb again for two lamps. Bed was very very lumpy.

They charged me 3 weeks for a 2 week stay. I ended up leaving after 1 week. The room was filthy upon arrival. I had to cleanthe room in order to stay in it. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies. I wouldnot recommend this to anyone. It had roaches. And other bugs. . They argued with me on the over charge refused to refund me. Had to contact corporate.

We stopped here on way to PA. For a funeral. Checkin was good. When we got to our room and started to settle in I went to bathroom and toilet seat was on ground. It appeared that someone had been working on the room. I went up desk and told girl working. She said they had no more rooms and called the manager. In the meantime, hubby had taken our luggage back to car. Then manager came in to assist. She did find us a room down the hall. Hubby goes back out to car to get luggage. He was upset that the front desk girl asked if we wanted to stay in the room. No thank you. The second room was identical but did not seem as clean. We did stay there. They need to make sure rooms are ready to go before letting it be reserved online. Thank goodness it was first floor. We slept late and missed breakfast by a couple of minutes. It was already gone when we got there at 9:00 am. I did at least get coffee. Night manager was nice.

Everything was held together by electrical tape, including the tp holder. Bathroom door had a hole punched in. Microwave was old and dirty. Sheets had stains. I might have been the only person speaking English in the place. They billed my card and then billed it again two fays later. I am heading down to Elizabeth town again but I made sure to book a different hotel.

No access to pool. Really needed this amenity

Quick, pleasant check in; bed good, no fire alarm installed (wires hanging), TV did not work and stand was broken. But, good for a short night.

We got to the hotel room and the bed sheets were dirty, the beds are so uncomfortable and it was really stuffy in the room as well. The bathroom walls were gross like they haven't been cleaned.. Towels and wash cloths were stained like no tomorrow. We didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign for our door, no TV guide, and they weren't accomodating for our toddlers that we had with us. The breakfast bar is a joke. The only good thing about this place?? The shower pressure was on point! Other than that, for the love of God go anywhere else BUT here!

It’s a no frills hotel. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the kind of place I would want to spend a week. It wasn’t super clean, but it wasn’t dirty. Room smelled a little funny. Service was really good though.

Rooms were in very poor condition and dirty. Towel bar in bathroom was broken. Cereal was dirty looking and stale in breakfast we ended up going elsewhere to eat

My room smelled like a chain smoker’s room that was cleaned by dumping Pinesol all over everything.

The hotel was horrible. We had to go have our keys reprogrammed every time we left the room. Also the floor was warped and coming up. There were cigarette burns in the blankets on the beds. The hair dryer did not work in the room. The towels were stained. Would not recommend staying there for the price we paid. Which was doubled because of the sporting events in town.

They’re Dirty we don’t feel safe and we left right away

My stay was terrible! 5 nights straight from 10pm- 4am people above me were running around their room, moving funiture beating on walls etc. Mentioned it to the front desk multiple times and nothing was done. They tried to say it was the TV. Sorry but t a TV wont rattle the walls and drag furniture across the floor!

Overnight stay while traveling to destination, location was convenient to hiway and reasonably priced.

I didn’t care for the people hanging out by doors.

The reviews of this property weren't too bad and it is a Wyndham hotel, which I trusted and am a member for, but don't make the same mistake we did. This property is dirty and felt very unsafe. We spent less than an hour there before leaving, and now I am communicating with the property for a refund and it has not been an easy process. The only good thing about the hotel was the lady working the front desk, she was very nice.

Just what we wanted

The staff was friendly, but the hotel was dirty. The rooms smelled of smoke even with no smoking signs everywhere. Other guests were loud and talking and playing music all night. "Breakfast" was packaged donuts, coffee and cereal.

I showed up to the property and they let me know that expedia had cenceled my reservation. Then i had to find a room for my 2 young children and myself to stay . All the hotels in the area were sold out and i had to drive 30 mins more to find a hotel with and open room and pay twice as much as i was planning.

Online it said under room description that the ROOM was wheelchair assessable. However, you failed to say that all rooms required climbing 2 flights of stairs. You won’t give me a refund and I will never ever book something from you

When I checked in, I could see the linen had not been changed from the previous occupant. I checked in fairly late so I didn’t worry about it as I knew housekeeping was gone for the day. In the morning, I informed the desk clerk o needed my linen changed, and she said she would see to it. When I returned, the bed wasn’t even made, much less changed. We won’t even get into the old washcloth hanging on the shower curtain and the petrified gum on the floor.

Good place to chill at

It's one of the best rates (possibly the best)in and around Elizabethtown, KY. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a snafu with my original room assignment but that was resolved quickly and apologetically. All in all a good stay. Great price, clean room and no bugs.
