The hotel was a little difficult to find. There were no elevators for the second floor. We were fortunately given a ground floor room in a separate building which appeared to have been a renovated. The cable TV channels kept dropping in and out, so we just streamed some sports games on my laptop computer.

This was semi close to my doctor appointment. It was nice to have a restaraunt walking distance across the parking lot. The fridge was nice to have for my leftovers. Normal breakfast, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, breads, yogurt muffins. Close to freeway.

One young lady by counter wasn’t at all happy to serve … we said hi to her … I have been in quality inn in California but this wasn’t same

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is really good with variety. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept on in awhile. The property shows it's age in certain places, but nothing detrimental. Will definitely stay again

We were supposed to have the room Fri Nov 1 and Sat Nov 2 and Quality Inn only had us for one night which messed up our plans. Hard to find a new hotel on a Saturday.

Kids in the rooms above sounded like they were playing football until midnight.

Checked in and one card didn’t work. When walked into the room it has an odor, possibly stale smoke. We hesitated what to do but went out and got the rest of our luggage. Got back to the room and still could smell the odor. One person used the bathroom while the other went to get a different card key which again did not work. Both decided to ask for a different room due to the odor. Went to desk Anna person there said they needed to check out the room. By the time they got back to the desk Anna the person talked to her manager they said 45 min had passed and we had needed to let them know within 15. They also said since we had “ messed up” the bathroom we would have to pay for a different room.
Sheets were very messed up…
No elevator in the entire hotel.
There was house cleaning and vacuuming going on until 9pm right outside our door and the people doing the cleaning were very loud.

Good stop for a night. Easy access to interstate. Room and facility clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical but hot and fresh. Desk clerk was friendly.

The bedroom area was good but the bathroom was extra small, cramped and dingy around the shower. Repair was poor and dirty around shower door corners. Very disappointing.

Doors are paper thin. You can hear everything. Room was outdated and needs repairs.

The bathroom was so musty and I didn’t feel clean after showering in a tub with three rings around the inside. The floors n our room were messy. Were the sheets even changed before our arrival?
Totally disappointed with breakfast. There wasn’t enough food for us little family either morning-especially the eggs. We even waited for fifteen minutes for more to be cooked.
How about a refund? We won’t be staying again in a few months when we come back to Meridian. What a waste of money?

Made reservations for a future night at the desk when checking out. Was not quoted price, assumed price would be similar. Check in price four days later was $75 more. Not happy.

Check in staff were excellent!! These ladies went out of their way to ensure we had the ADA accommodations we needed.
That said, the property is dated, needs maintenance, and the decor and lighting are dark and depressing.

The toilet would continue to make for hours after use. The carpet had stains. My bed had crumbs and dirt between the sheets. I was going to swim with my 3 month old nephew, but the pool was outdoor. The was no elevator. My view was a vacant dirt lot with the water park on the other side.

Standard room with 2 queen beds was clean and beds were comfortable. Noisy fan on the air conditioner but it worked well. The bathroom was very small. Free breakfast wasn't anything to brag about, but was good enough to get by until going to an actual restaurant. ... There is a restaurant next door. Location is easy off and back on the freeway.

We booked for 5 nights but stayed there for 4 nights - they did not clean our room due to some of the confusion rather than checking with us they were arguing and skipped the cleaning part , though we checked out a day advance they did not refund - which is fine but they charged us $100 after we checked out saying cleaning fees - in fact we cleaned for last 4 days and left few items on fridge as the garbage bin was full - manager was so uncooperative and blaming us that we were rude for asking them to clean after 3 days. Though we had been to other Quality inn - we did not had any of this problem like this Hotel. I would not recommend until they review their policy and staff and improve it for better of customers. Also had sent an email no response and called 4 times to reach manager she is away most of the times.

We had a room with two beds and it was very cramped for space. There is not any closet, just a few hangers in a corner on a short pole.
The bathroom is way too small. When you open the shower door it almost have to stand on the toilet to get the shower door shut behind you. And the shower itself needs some shelves.
The tub and the bathroom floor were both dirty. We stayed for 3 days and never had any maid service, but we never asked either.
The breakfast room is extremely small, very crowded. The first morning we went to breakfast at 8:30 and they had run out of food and we're supposed to be serving until 9:30.

Our toilet didnt flush very good, the bed was so noisy. Everytime my little girl rolled over she woke me up. The carpet in the room looked so dirty. The noise from traffic outside was horrible.

The hotel staff was fantastic. Very nice employee's. The hotel is older. When you walk in there is an automated freshening spray and a different one after you get in the door. The hot portion of the breakfast was okay. The rest was great. Our phone did not work. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower door needed to be redone, replaced or cleaned. It had old caulking that had black gross mold or something on it. Like I said the hotel is old, but somewhat less expensive if you are on a budget.

Room was clean, the bed comfortable, with all that we needed. Very difficult to dispense the shampoo that was provided.
However with no elevator it was difficult to get to our room with our luggage, etc. There was a place when reserving to list need for accommodations. Wish I had realized that would have been a great place to request a first floor room.

The staff were very nice. We loved the fresh cookies every afternoon. They could use a few hooks in the bathroom, it had a slider door, so there isn’t any place to hang your towel/pj’s.
The kids loved the pool which was outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, friendly staff, Jamie in the front desk was fantastic in her job. Morning breakfast staff are good. 3 suggestions a) Do basic room cleaning every day, once in 3 days is not good b) Have vegetarian choices like plain potatoes for hot breakfast, don’t mix meat with potatoes c) cover the fence behind the property with some green creeper , the water park is a ugly view

In the hot section of the breakfast, please have some pure veggie options, the potates had meat in them hence pure vegetrians can't eat them. A little more Fresh fruits can be included. But dont cut any other items off the menu as guests like a little more variety. Over all 5 stars.
Water was missing in the front coffee desk. Makes sense to include water in a jar during summer months.
I would be safe to lock the front main door after some time in the night. You can have an alarm bell for those wishing to enter later in the night. Please think about it.
