The rooms could use updating for sure, however they seemed clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. We utilized the shuttle (free for downtown, $25 for airport).

I used the Wyndham recently while staying overnight for a concert. The hotel has a shuttle service that drove to downtown that was free of charge. All of the staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend their hotel.

This was our last night of a 12 day trip starting by flying into Buffalo and renting a car and driving through the New England states. This is a beautiful hotel and the desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. The valet parking was awesome. For $20 we were able to leave and come back as often as we wanted and we NEVER had to wait for our vehicle when we got downstairs after we called from our room. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a great time talking with the desk clerks and felt like we had made friends. The whole atmosphere was like family. If we ever return to Buffalo, this is absolutely where we will stay. I highly recommend it. And the $20 for valet parking was well worth the cost.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I've stayed at other Wyndham locations but this was the nicest. Would totally stay here again.

We loved our stay. We came in town for a long weekend before the Bills game on Monday, and we loved that the hotel was centrally located so we were close to everything we wanted to do. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Buffalo.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the microwave and full size refrigerator. The location was close to the freeway and most of the attractions that we were interested in (Martin House, art museum, city hall). Would stay here again if we are ever in Buffalo.

We were staying the night with family and the hotel front desk took it upon themselves to book us in rooms side by side which was perfect. Adjoining Rooms worked so amazing.

The only complaint I have is the parking. There is no parking associated with the hotel. You have to use the city parking structure around the hotel.

My stay here at the Wyndham in Buffalo was quite mixed. First, let me start with the good. The Staff was very friendly and outgoing, and they took a lot of time to explain everything and answer my questions. Next, the hotel was very quaint and homey, and the rooms had a warm, comforting vibe. Rooms had comfortable beds, a good amount of TV channels, and warm showers. Finally, valet parking was no-nonsense and easy. Starting with the negatives, the hotel was in a really bad area that was genuinely alarming… would not want to walk outside in the evenings. Next, the rooms had a really foul musty odor and it was a little hard to bear, especially when the air was blowing. Finally, one of our rooms had spiders… like a lot of them. They kept coming down from the roof and out of the AC unit all night really, so that was creepy. Room wasn’t dirty though… just had spiders in one. Overall average, might stay here again if the spiders moved out.

The property served its purpose. It shouldn't advertise that it is close to everything. The hotel is located near the medical center which to me is industrial. It was quiet at night. No ambulance sirens. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. I did not have a car on this trip, so it was convenient that the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby locations. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. However, now that I have seen some of the local area, I would probably bring a car next time to avoid relying on the hotel shuttle.

This property is across of a hospital but it's desolate. You have to ask for Valet parking or park the car in a public space. I didn't feel comfortable in this property.

I never got to Buffalo because of a cancelled flight but I'm giving 5 stars because the front desk clerk was exceedingly gracious on the phone and despite the late notice didn't charge me for the room.

Had an amazing experience staying for a night at Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown. Stayed there with family. Very clean property with all the basic amenities available. Beds were a little uncomfortable but not too bad. A/C was ice cold. Provided basic complimentary breakfast which was good. Even though the property is located next to a hospital but it was very quiet and not a lot of disturbance. Overall, had a very pleasant stay.

We were staying in downtown Buffalo for a wedding. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. I recommend using the valet parking as it is very convenient. If you want to self park you have to go around the corner to the parking ramp by Roswell Park cancer center. The hotel offers a free shuttle to restaurants and venues in the downtown area. The shuttle driver was prompt and courteous. I would stay here again while visiting Buffalo.

The evening staff was great. The morning staff denied me a courtesy shuttle to my business meeting a mile away while the evening staff were more accommodating. The bathroom was dated.

From the moment i checked in Randy on the front desk, Jay & Billie who organised & drove the shuttle, Debbie - friendly and helpful. The list is not exhaustive. The room was nice and large, well equipped and clean. Despite restaurant being closed the breakfast buffet was pretty good.
Nice lobby area. Lots of good recommendations on places to eat, even suggestions about catching local buses to Niagara Falls.
And the reception team made my day when they let me know my missing suitcase had arrived. Great place. Thankyou.

Overall the property was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. The cherry on top was that they offered a complimentary shuttle to anywhere in the downtown area and picked us up as soon as the Bisons game was finished! Would certainly recommend.
