Never coming back to this hotel, cuz of roaches in the bathroom. So nasty.

The sheets were obviously not changed from the last guest. Multiple foreign hair was all over the sheets

Lucas at the front deck was excellent, customer service on point. Stay was ok also.

First time in a motel, like the property, our room was nice also

1- We got to the hotel around mid night. People were just hanging out in the parking area making us feel very unsafe. 2- We booked two double beds through Expedia. The hotel reception refused our booking saying that they have no availability. It was midnight when we got there and the staff wasn't cooperative at all. After requesting / pleading we finally were able to get a single bedroom. Horrible experience! 3- I book through Expedia all the time but this experience was just horrible. There should be an investigation. Kindly refund our money. Thanks

This property is outdated. The room was filthy and smelled of Cigarettes'. The towels were dingy, stains on the walls and the sheets. the place is in need of some updating and just some simple cleaning.

Easy parking

This is property should not be of the Expedia experience. The property is old and the smell that permeates the room is terrible. Also, I did not feel safe having to park in the back of a property where several individuals were just hanging out outside.

Dirty smelly property

Horrible hotel. Please stay away from this hotel. We had the room for two nights on the second day we had an all day training and we when we come back to the room the door and window was fully open. My husband went to tell the front desk guy and he said it wasn't true that the door and window was left open from msybe the cleaning service. We asked them to check the cameras in the hall and they refused he said that if nothing was missing what was the big deal. We no longer felt safe. The hotel is very dirty and there continental breakfast is coffee and muffins. Location is not the best. Please dont book here. The app wont let me add pictures

The only thing that I didn’t like was that they didn’t have a coffee pot. I like having my coffee in the room.

I reserved a king size bed smoking room and i get there and they gave my.room away. Gave me 2 double beds instead for the same price. The front door was poorly fixed and was hard to get open after it looked like it was kicked in a poorly repaired. The toliet was on the verge of overflowing and not going down with every flush. The stained, the hot water in the shower took awhile to get hot.. Poor customer service at front desk. Was on a personal phone call while attending to a customer in front of them. Took awhile to get an already reserved room, that i asked was there a problem and the customer behind me was getting annoyed at how long the check-in was taking. The price for a night in this place is just not worth the headache, the uncleanliness, or the unprofessional customer service. I traveled a far distsnce to not get the room i reserved and paid for or atleast a discount because they gave my room away.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Whoever owns the property really should renovate and remodel this hotel. It has a great location but the hotel is old and outdated. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was really good. This hotel needs Anthony Melchiorri to do a “Hotel Impossible” makeover because the potential is there, unfortunately the owner just lets the hotel waste away. It is ok for short stays like one or two days but I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay unless you spend most of your time out and it’s just somewhere to sleep. My advice to the owner, redo the hotel, keep the prices low, pay your staff well and you will make a fortune, the cost to renovate and remodel, will be covered 100 times over, because who doesn’t want to go to a really nice hotel with friendly staff and low pricing?
