When I first arrived the lady seemed annoyed I was here to check in and stayed on her personal phone the im entire time of check in when I got into my room you could definitely tell they were remodeling and when I was getting ready to take a shower I grabbed the shower bar and almost fell out because it was just laid in giant holes to look like it was in place and on top of that I noticed mattresses outside so I assumed they got new ones and when I went to get into the bed I noticed something and it was bed bugs which I see they are replacing stuff to get rid of them but you have to replace EVERYTHING not just one mattress. Then when I went to leave the next day I had my dog get into my car and they were mad and said I did not tell them I had a dog when I clearly told her at check in I had a dog because it said on the window to let them know but she was so busy in the phone she didn’t pay me any attention and charged me double for my dog and didn’t give me my full refund back all in all I would not recommend

It was close to activities

I saw multiple bugs in the room. The queen beds only had 2 half size pillows and the front desk wanted to argue about giving us more. We also asked for more towels when maid service came around and never got them. Then when we called and asked the front desk for them she said we had to come get them ourselves. The advertise room service, but they do not bring you anything if you need it and they do not make your beds or take out trash.They also advertise breakfast and they don’t have it.

Dirty, that's the only way to describe this place. Would not recommend and would not stay again. If I would have had the money I would have went some where else with the first 15 minutes. Flies were everywhere in the room. Stuff on the walls that I'm not sure what it was but made sure I didn't get too close to it.

They have bed bugs!!! I stayed in 124 bed bites all over my body!!!! Even have pictures off the bug crawling on the bed!!!!

For those who rated a 8/10 or 10/10, where the heck have you stayed before. This place was hideous. I got up early and got out just because it was that bad. White pillowcases stained yellow, comforter with holes, towels and bath mat had holes. Overall I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay here again. Shoot, it would be cleaner and more sanitary to sleep in the woods than this place. I still shudder at how bad it was.

The door handle would come off every single time you would try to open the door. I even let them know and I was told it would be fixed the next morning.... My whole stay (Friday -Sunday)....

Rooms are not that great, lots of chipped paint, holes in walls, leaking fridge, leather sofa was dirty and had dirt and crumbs in the crevices. Blanket and sheets on bed had burn marks and a hole burnt in it.

The room was good. Fragrance a bit heavy when we came in and had to let the room air out. Mattress was very comfy. Check in friendliness was abismal, but got us in fine. Great for the value, got what was expected.

They asked for my payment and a down payment to hold onto, but if you dont check out in person you dont get tbaf money back

The property is run down. Cigarette burn holes and tears in the sheets and bed spread. The shower curtain fell down. It was held up by being wedged against the walls with the little bars of hotel soap. I left a day early . They would not give me a refund. No one in the office. The office area is not open. You talk to them through a speaker. They only come into the office to take your money

Nothing in room worked. Literally nothing!! The blow dryer, coffee pot, etc. even though the microwave turned on, it wouldn’t heat. Bathroom door didn’t close. It was seriously the worst place I’d ever stayed in. Never again!!

You can't beat it for the price. The room is a little rough. There are some deficiencies like cigarette burns and some stains in the bedding but it suffices for the cost. I've stayed in nicer rooms and some a little worse but I can stay here for multiple days for the price of one day at a nicer place and got the same result. If you are looking for a place to just stay for a night or two I recommend it.

On pets

we booked two rooms for 1 night with a major credit card. they still made me put up a $100 deposit on top of having my card and info. Lobby was closed so no breakfast even though you could see it all set up inside. Made me conduct business through a portal window. Maids were sweet and helpful, but I won't visit them again.

Someone's car alarm went off almost every hour the first night right outside our room

The fact they had smoking rooms led us to this place. The rooms were adequate and vehicle traffic was noisy. Overall it was adequate and the room rates were cheap.
