Bed was lumpy, television had no instructions on how to use the controller. The wife needed paper just write a note and there wasn’t one tablet of cheap letterhead paper to write on. Even cheap motels have at least one or two cheap letterhead tablets somewhere in the room. The Bathtub was hazardous because the bottom of the tub wasn’t flat since the sides of the tab curved almost to the center of the tub bottom leaving no flat surface on the bottom of the to Stand on

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Coeur d’Alene! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and fantastic hospitality. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining such a clean, cozy environment. After a long day of exploring Coeur d’Alene, it was the perfect place to unwind.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a great variety of options to suit every taste, and everything was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the make-your-own waffles!
Location-wise, the hotel is ideal—just minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene and all the beautiful attractions the area has to offer. Whether we were heading to the lake or exploring the local shops and restaurants, everything was so conveniently close.
A special shout-out to the hotel’s pool and hot tub, which were the perfect way to relax after a day of adventures. The entire facility felt very well-maintained and inviting.
Overall our experience exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend the facility to others in need of a hotel in the Coeur d’Alene area.

check in easy, friendly. room very very nice. clean. the best we stayed on 9 day road trip. breakfast was good. able to do laundry easy. the hotel pool and jacuzzi very nice and OPEN 24 hrs!!! its on edge of building so it wouldnt really effect anyones sleeping. that was the coolest thing. i was only in hot tub til 11 pm. but it was so chill. and workers cleaning area at that time too ! i really cant give a high enough rating comparitively to our other stays. its surrounded by every place to eat within a mile. and plenty of shopping within a mile!

Quiet, roomy room. Had to wait for checkin, 3 ahead of us in line and only one person at the desk. Went for breakfast (started at 6:00) at 6:10 and all "hot" food was cold :-(

We feel that using Hotels.com they purposely give us the least desirable rooms. This time our view was a building about 2 feet away. Next our TV was not working. Had to call desk for help which was eventually taken care of.

Could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good! Beds soft. I had 2 dogs with me and areas to take them porry were close qns well maintained. I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi had too much chlorine in it, burned our eyes. But i give it 5 stars!

Very welcoming front desk. Took advice for restaurant of young man who checked us in. It was a wonderful suggestion. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little chaotic and not well laid out. Were out of many items. Otherwise a good stay.

While most nights it was fine, both the Friday and Saturday night were noisy with the doors closing. I was in room 202.
I have always stayed here and it's usually a great stay. It is hard to get to as you have to drive through a parking lot for access.
The front desk help, LeAnn was amazing and very helpful.
I am very upset with the manager Tim, as I was charged as pending for each night and double charged pending $918.04 when I checked out on Sunday, August 18th. My charge of $918.04 for the 4 nights did post on August 18. There is still a pending charge of $918.04 on my credit card on 8-23-2024. I was actually triple charged for my stay as pending on my credit card on 8-18-24. I have called both Expedia and the hotel. Expedia told me the holds were from the hotel. Tim is the manager and doesn't seem as this is an issue as it still has not been released. Having a triple hold on my credit card is unacceptable. I have asked Tim to call me directly and he has not. It's usually a great place to stay, with great staff. Triple charging as a hold on my credit card is unacceptable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I’m pleased to report that it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The space was well-maintained and presented a clean, inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived.

Once I finally found my way to the hotel, it was great. The hotel is situated at the back of a parking lot behind a closed restaurant that’s surrounded by weeds and a couple semi trucks. I saw no signs indicating access to the front of the hotel so it took some driving around the large lot to figure out how to get to the front office. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The gentleman who helped with check-in that evening was fabulous…courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean. Check out the next morning was quite different. I checked out at the front desk just before 8am and the woman at the desk made me feel that I was bothering her and was not friendly in the least. Did not appreciate that at all.

The property itself was fine, although it was beside a run down and abandoned restaurant. Access to the hotel was very strange with poor signage.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The room was so small and overcrowded that we could eat even eat. There was only one staff member working it and he was angry and complaining. We ended up waiting an hour and then finally left. Such a waste.

The staff are amazing! From the front desk manager, to the 24 hour front desk service, to the housekeepers, to the young man polishing the walls and vacuuming the hallways: everyone was exceedingly polite, helpful and accommodating, making us feel most welcomed!
One big request, please place a sign on Ironwood near the parking lot entrance so it's easier to locate.

Great place for family while visiting Silverwood. Would stay again. Great friendly service the entire time we were there. Breakfast was awesome each morning before heading to the park for the day and the 24 hour pool was awesome!

Our stay provided what we needed. The staff tried to keep up with the demand at breakfast and the breakfast was pretty good. I feel like the room could have been cleaner but I felt like the bedding was clean and up to my standards. Our kids enjoyed playing in the pool.
