Reeked of cigarette smoke. Turning on the mini split caused the room to smell awful. People were constantly smoking right in front of the back entrance blocking the door so you had to walk through their smoke. They didnt seem to have room keys even because they had the door propped open with a coke bottle. This hotel was very dirty and paying an extra $60 to have my dog was almost a joke because he's cleaner and smells better than this Hotel.

The rooms were great. My one complaint is this entire hotel has a weird and very potent smell. It smells like some kind of cleaner, and it isn't pleasant.

Everything was fine except a painfully strong cleaner smell that you could almost taste (it was that strong). Get the idea that they were trying to cover up a bad smell, but it was not great.

This was a Typical La Quinta Room. The room was generally Clean and Decent, but I had to pay over $550 for this room. All of the hotels in Logan are incredibly overpriced for the Small Satellite Conference, and that is Definitely a factor in the Conference moving next Year. Good Luck; Your greed killed the golden goose

Staff was great. Cleaning products used in common areas really smelled horrible and were used right next to us while we ate breakfast.

The hotel is shabby and looks run down in the lobby. The carpet clearly had not been vacuumed in our room which left us uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the rest of the room.
The service at the front desk was non-existent. We felt very unwelcome and they couldn't have cared less about our wants or needs. Would not/will not stay there again.

The air conditioner barely worked. Staff checked it and said that was as good as it gets. Lots of mold on the walls and several guests got sick (unknown from what). The door latch was also broken. There are lots better hotels in Logan, stay somewhere else.

Facilities need some maintenance, little things that could be fixed left untouched. Attention to detail when cleaning would go a long way, hairs and dirt left in the bathroom, floor not clean

No coffee in room. AC ran non-stop. Cover fell off Air conditioner. Filled out an elaborate on-line check in process. Still had to wait 20 minutes to check in

Both of my girls and I enjoyed the time we spetthere. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were quite good.

Fixtures are showing wear. Fake wood floor was actually sticky… ewww! Breakfast was satisfactory.

Clean, comfortable king room with separate sitting room. AC worked well. Good breakfast with bagels, waffles, yogurt, oranges, eggs, and either bacon, french toast or biscuits and gravy (depending on day). Close to Walmart and fast food. Would definitely stay again. Walkable area and close to river walk.

It was a quiet stay. We were put at the end of the hall the farthest away from the only way down to the first floor. Why put a large family so far? Breakfast was ok.

After a long day of fun we didn’t want to drive back home so we got a room kinda late at night. Front desk was nice and respectful. The room was clean and spacious. We would stay here again :)

Took a little bit to get checked in as I showed up around 3:00 pm and only one person was at front desk. But that aside, everything about the place was great and served our needs. Would stay there again.

Property was okay. Room smelled bad and we had to wait at the checkin counter for quite a while multiple times before staff showed up. Location is very convenient.

Hotel is old but looks like they have tried to do updates. The hallways & lobby were very hot. Room only had ac in the bedroom part so we could not shut the door. Room was not dusty but needs a carpet cleaning & deep clean. It smelled like cigarette smoke. Hallways were dirty. The elevator made a odd sound so we only used the stairs. Pool was very dirty. I would not stay at this property again.

The property was filthy. There were plates and crumbs and spilled food all over the tables and floors at breakfast that were never cleaned up. Outside there was food and garbage all over the property.

The bathroom fan/light combo was very noisy! Needs to be replaced.
The room was clean. The bed was very good. Seemed rather new.
Wallpaper is peeling in many area. Pull it down and paint would be my suggestion!
Water leak outside at the sprinkler box was wasting lots of water. We hope they were able to fix it today.

TV didn't work when we first arrived, but the personnel quickly got it programmed and going when we told them about it. Our grandson wanted to stay on the 3rd floor, which was fine until the elevator broke. The continental breakfast was good.

The elevator was out of service so it was a bit difficult getting luggage and other items up the stairs. Decor is in need of an upgrade. Staff very friendly and breakfast area clean and nice variety of choices

Hotel was subpar at best, not impressed with condition, even the damn toilet seat was broken! Patches on the walls, writing on the walls, tvs smaller than my computer monitors, pathetic breakfast, etc. I was not impressed by anything and will not be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Booked the family suite. It was bigger than we expected. The property was clean, spacious.
