Room had.some paint spots mossing on the wall. Could use a refresh. Breakfast was the most disappointing part. The eggs were bad. The tatir tots were rocks. Not alot of options ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The beds were comfy so that was good

As always it was a good stay and good calue, just not a fan of them charging a 100 for a deposit. Make sure you get it back!

Never had room service. No fresh towels, no trash dumped, the pool left our feet dark blue…freshly painted???? And not cured correctly???? Anything we told front desk staff they acted as if they didn’t care. Their standard answer was “OK” Will not stay there again but then whoever reads this won’t care either

Carpet in the room was heavily stained with red mysterious liquid. All towels provided had some kind of nasty stain and weren't washed properly, one of the beds had stained sheets. Fridge broken didn't keep anything cold, found that out after it soaked our leftovers in dirty water. Staff were perfectly nice but they are working with a disgusting property

Front desk agen i believe his name was Kevin was amazing. Let me check in two hours early. I had been traveling for 12 hours so I was exhausted. If you are looking for a 5 start hotel remeber you get what you pay for. I needed a place to crash for a few hours while visiting friends this was perfect.

This hotel isn't as expensive as some of its neighbors, but you get what you pay for. The towels were stained, the bed was lumpy, but worst of all, the carpet was infested with fleas. I was bitten dozens of times before I figured out what was happening. I will not be staying here again.

Night desk guy was rude to me for using hotels.com because they had the wrong email address on file and never received my reservation. Acted like I should have known better. Room smelled like mold and the carpet was damp and kinda sticky.

Only issue I had with my room (317) was that the shower curtain was coming out of the drywall

The room had been "wiped over" and not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom in particular was nasty! There was proof of the previous occupants still on the toilet seat. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The night receptionist, Alex, was very rude and unprofessional. He asked very personal questions that had nothing to do with my reservation. I assumed that there was a language barrier between us, but then I realized that his comprehension was well in tact. I guess he simply didn't feel like doing his job. Lastly, some of the hotel guests were having a LOUD tailgate party in the MIDDLE of the parking lot. There were children ripping and running throughout the hotel as well as in and out the front door. They were clearly unsupervised and without any home training. One of the children ran out in front of a car that was trying to find a parking space away from the outside party. I've never seen anything like it on any of my many business trips. If I can help it, I will never book this hotel again!

Didnt even check in. Hotel is on a poorly lit dead end road, surrounded by boarded up buildings. Didnt feel safe to stay there with our kids, so we didnt.

Excellent customer service. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable.

This was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever been in. Stained couch and chairs in the room. Walls dirty and stained. Never again.

We were there for a softball tournament. So we weren’t there only to shower and sleep mostly. The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast could b a little bit better. There was person there giving help to people needing help. There was no eggs, sausage & tater tots were few and been there for a while. There was no syrup for waffles. It was a little after 8:00 a.m. breakfast is over at 9:00 a.m. so we figure they were trying to keep from being wasteful.

The beds were so comfortable and the staff was able to have my family on the same floor. We had a ball in the rooms sitting on the floor playing cards and eating popcorn. We will definitely be back!!

Clean property, polite staff, and reasonable breakfast for the price. Low marks about the property are because the wifi was down for the whole weekend.

Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Except the guy over night, we came back to the hotel at Midnight, opened up the sofa bed, and there were no sheets or blankets. When we went to ask for them, the guy acted like it was a problem to go get bedding. And he only gave us sheets and a pillow, I had to tell him to go back and get a blanket. Besides that guy, I’d stay there again. Everything else was as described. Just a no frills hotel, with comfort

Very quiet location and very clean room. CONS: Bathroom is very tight. Refrigerator took almost 2 days to cool down. Air conditioner had to be set below 70 or it would not take out humidity. Unless you want cereal, do not place much stock in breakfast. Sausage and eggs were really poor.

Great location & lots of restaurants & grocery stores all around the area. Also, lots of great shopping places too! The free breakfast was limited & not that good. You won’t starve but there are lots of great restaurants to eat at right near the hotel that are much better! Cleaning crew was average, they skipped our cleaning 1 day & I had to call the front desk & Kevin, manager, brought us towels etc… We even talked to the cleaning crew that morning when we were heading out to meet our family, not sure how they missed cleaning our room that day? The room had a fridge & microwave, that was very nice! Coffee maker was not making good coffee so a Starbucks visit was in order every morning. Front desk staff was always friendly & helpful. The pool was still closed! Should have been open because it was very hot for our 4 day visit, 88°!! The hotel should just open the pool by May 1st & that would have made our stay better. Memorial weekend is too late in our opinion. Thank you Amy

Nothing good about this hotel. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. There were stains all over the bedding cover and sheets! The couch had huge nasty looking stains all over it. The bathroom was even worse. It had who knows what it was all over the walls. Old moldy food was left in the little refrigerator. The breakfast was lefts overs fro. Days prior old and hard. The lobby smelled like sewage. Worst stay ever! Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again!

Pool not open yet food was awful for the breakfast no eggs left by 8:30 sausage was so overcooked you couldn’t chew it and the potatoes were dried out beyond eating no milk, The sheets were dirty and the refrigerator froze everything. I would not recommend this place

The beds are uncomfortable and the room above us sounded like 5 giants were dancing ALL NIGHT LONG. The only reason we stayed there was because it was cheap and I was having surgery early in the morning. You get what you pay for y’all :(

It was just a brief stay but I've stayed here before and it always pleasant.

There was a smell during my stay in the downstairs and I’m not sure what it was. The room was perfectly fine, the drapes and head board were definitely not clean. Sheets and everything else were fine.
