The room we were given was horrible. It was a storage room. Carpet cleaner machine was in there, dirty linens, no remote, no phone cord for the phone, hole in the wall. Went to complain, given a different room. Went there and someone was already in it. Door was propped open. So we went back to the desk, mind you it was late and told the desk clerk. We left and came back home and will never return. I would like a refund!!!!!

My wife, brother and I had thankfully got two rooms at this hotel. I say thankfull because my wife promptly woke me up just before three a.m. to let me know she was bitten by a bed bug and had it sitting on the bathroom counter in a tissue. After a further check, she had other little small bits on her, as well as the big one, and the bug was indeed a bed bug in the tissue. We then began the process of trying to bag and decontaminate what we could to get back into the car. We then spoke with the night staff who informed us he was unable to give a refund and would have to wait for the manager in the morning to do so; he also said they'd call us back. All though it does look like they refund myself, they did not refund my brother's room. I then called to speak with the manager and was informed that he could not refund my brother's room because they only had the complaint about our room. And that my brother's room was good. I was also informed that they check the room and cleaned it already. After trying to reason with the manager that there is no way they "cleaned" the room already; and, that my brother should also get a refund because we had to leave due to a health concern at his hotel, I gave up. I highly doubt they know how to handle this bed bug issue, or clean properly. We noticed before we left that there were cups and socks under the bed, the blood staining on the ceiling, and the twenty mattress near the dumpster. Please see other reviews here and on Google.

Nice check in but outside smelt like cat urine and 1st room TV & Irkn didn’t work plus was dirty. My 2nd room was better

Dirty rooms.Bathroom smelled like urine.No bath towels.No wonder it was only $50 a night.Never again.They should be ashamed of themselves for having a hotel like that..

The lobby was beautiful but the grounds and the rooms are far from it. The stair well leading up to our 2nd floor room was dirty with trash everywhere. The outdoor carpet was tore up, the room next to ours outside portion of their ac unit was all torn up. Get into the room, it was nice and cool. Set my purse down on the table and the table is all.scratched and dinged up, same with the end tables and tv stand. The bottom of the lamps were filty, the plugs on both lamps by the bed did not work, the vanity area outside the bathroom was decent but the bathroom itself didn't look or feel clean at all. The tub was dirty, the walls were dirty, the door didnt close all the way and the shower curtain was dirty. Went to turn on the tv and the cable didnt work. Had to google the hotel's phone number because there wasnt any phone in the room to call the front desk and he said he would sent maintenance up but no one ever came up. Luckily we were out most of our stay. The bed was comfortable too.

Terrible hotel steer clear. Id sleep outside first before id stay here. I didn't even spend the night left with no refund..

Price was good and you can tell they have been working to upgrade the property. The bad thing is we were gone all day and came back to a dirty room. No clean towels,no service at all and there was nothing that said we had to request it. The breakfast was the most disappointing. Apples, muffins and corn flakes, nothing else. No coffe pots in room, but coffee downstairs. Ice machine on 2nd floor does not work either. If price is all you care about then this may be the place for you. We will NOT be staying here again.

The carpet was a little damp, but clean and the room was musty (my Febreeze solved that), but bed was comfy, ac worked well and water was hot!
