Drove to Maryland from West Virginia to take my kids to six flags. Stayed at this hotel after our 4 hour drive. It looked very nice and the property and facilities were very clean. We swam in the pool and the water was perfect temperature and felt great after a long drive. The front desk was very courteous. Our room was nice and clean and cool when we arrived and Our beds were very comfortable. What was also very neat was if you downloaded the Hilton app you can do conctless check in and out and you get a digital key! ( It's been a long time since I've traveled, so I don't know how long this has been a thing lol) before we left we had breakfast, which was included with our stay and it was very good with a lot of options. We felt nice and energized for our trip to six flags. I definitely recommend staying here!

They are really comfortable and always the room is playing

I came earlier to ask for an early check-in. The lady was so rude that I did not want to fight because I was nearly sleeping. She was an old lady at the front desk around 10:00 a.m. I always stay at the Hilton because of the service, but this is the worst place to visit.

Staff was very accommodating. 3rd floor was being renovated, elevators were shaky, ice machine on 2nd floor wasn’t working. Staff was great, very helpful and courteous. After renovations the hotel should be nice.

The only problem I had was trying to use WiFi. For some reason I couldn’t connect to do my work. Other than that, everything else was fine.

We arrived at hotel and were checked in. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff at check in was ok. No other interactions staff during our stay.

Unprofessionally, dismissive staff. Place smells moldy and wet as soon as you open the door. Sticky Floor, tub did not drain, no hot water in shower. They charged me an extra day even after they agreed affirmatively to a late check out. They are thieves.

I was able to check in no problem. The ac unit was extremely loud. Walls super thin. The cleaning crew was slamming doors and i couldnt enjoy my morning in bed. The rooms were really clean.

The toilet didn't work, we had to dump water with a bucket. There were 5 of us including kids.Since maintenance guy wouldn't arrive until next day at 9am, we spent an uncomfortable night. Breakfast was very good. Clean and safe area.

My wife and I were pleased with our room. It had all of the amenities that made our stay refreshing and relaxing. All of the staff members were welcoming and cordial. The building was in a beautiful setting and thoroughly modern. We will be back!

Staff was fantastic. Hotel is being renovated so take note. Room was ckesn but bath tub didn't drain properly while taking a shower. Water pressure was low. Overall it was still a relaxing stsy with an awesome seafood restaurant across the street.

Enjoyed the BBQ restaurant located in the same shopping area. Bed was comfortable.

This was a short 2 night stay and this hotel is our favorite place to stay whenever we visit the DC area. Our room was ready when we arrived, the front desk staff are excellent and the room was clean and very comfortable. We greatly appreciate breakfast in the morning with coffee and tea available all day. We see that the hotel is undergoing some renovations and we look forward to how nice it will be once completed. We look forward to our next trip to the area and staying at this hotel again.

Renovating

Called front Desk many times no one answered the phone

It should be required to tell you when a property is under that much renovation. To the point we had no hot water to our room in the morning to shower before leaving. Looks like they just started to I suggest avoiding for a good year or two

Nothing stood out-

I've never had a terrible experience in my life sleeping in hotels. Hot water not running in bathtub, even after changing rooms, still no hot water. The front desk people not willing to help. The one who switched my room for me was a little nicer than the previous assistant. Too much noise in both the room and hallways.

We love Hampton Inn! But this experience was not good. At 12:20 a.m. the hotel fire alarm went off. Construction in the main lobby had left lights on that were melting the plastic for renovations. The lobby was filled with smoke! No one from the hotel did anything during this or since. No knocks on doors, no checks on residents, no emails, nothing. No communication to guests at all. A friend traveling said there wasn’t even staff on duty in the lobby the night while this was happening. We’ll stay at Hampton again because we love them, but this was the worst experience ever at one.

The outside is clean and quiet. Access to the shopping area in the town Center and choices of restaurants nearby walking distance.

Beautiful stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament, so it was a one night stay. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The sink in our room was slow to drain, aside from that I would definitely stay again.

I really liked the location of this property for what we were there for. The property is under renovation in the lobby and entire first floor. The breakfast looked very good. We did not eat due to dietary reasons.
