Was nice to return after a busy day in the field to a nice comfy bed, hot shower and a television bigger than a postage stamp The attached restaurant was ideally located for that early morning breakfast and a quick chat with colleagues.

Nice overnight stay

Found an additional charge of $100 to my credit card after with no explaination. Tried calling and leaving a message with no response.

The room was beautifully renovated, everything was clean and new. Well taken care of room. Super quiet for a Friday night sleeping. My only complaint was the fixture for the bathtub, controlling the hot water and water pressure was next to impossible to have a good shower. Hardware was more complicated than it needed to be. Water pressure was almost 0 in the shower, not sure if this was due to the renovation, or if there was a glitch with the new showerhead. Hotel pool was great and refreshing, clean, inviting environment. Enjoyed both the pool and hot tub.

When we checked in they told us pool hours. on second day we went to the pool--it was locked so my husband went to the desk and they informed him it was closed. He said there was no sign they replied it was inside the door.! Also we were there 4 days are in renos but they should have at least checked the room!

Air conditioning remote did not work. Shower was broken. Fridge Froze all items. Coffee maker broken. Found garbage behind table when trying to fix coffee maker.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Downfall was they were renovating at the time but we would definitely stay there again.

The Staff were accommodating, and so friendly and helpful. We were treated like royalty, it was an awesome experience.
