Elevator did not work. When went in room, tv was on and bed wasn’t really made. Refund was provided as I could not stay there.

I booked a suite with two double beds and a sofa, but upon arrival, I was told they had overbooked and my room was unavailable. I had to accept a room with just one bed and rollaway beds, which the staff failed to mention at check-in.
I checked out at 6 AM and realized I forgot my tennis shoes. I called the front desk, and they assured me they would look for them. When I returned around 5 PM, the assistant manager claimed they hadn’t found anything.
To make matters worse, the room was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was mold on the sofa bed and multiple stains on the mattress, making my stay extremely uncomfortable. Be aware and stay away from this property!

I understood that this place is not crazy expensive but come on. I was worried about bugs all night. You could change a lot.

The whole place had an odd smell to it. And the smell didn't get any better in the room The condition of the cabinets in the room, half were broken and repaired but not finished just glued back together and wood filler still showing. And tub/shower could use a deep clean. Overall the room was clean and comfy. But the smell was really off-putting.

Filthy room. Little bugs on the bathroom counters. Kitchen not clean. Biggest drawback, WiFi was free but was so poor at less than 4kbps, was like 1990 standards. Had to check out when company could not make right.

CONS: Could use more lighting in the room. The parking lot was dark, creating an uncomfortable walk to the door.

Nice ean room....no bugs! No ice mzchine available on premises. Vending machine for cold drinks not working and choice of nutrigrain bar or a small muffin is not breakfast. We were running to hospital every morning and a real BF would have been nice but price was ok so iwould stay again

The breakfast was not even minimal, it was rather pathetic, no supplies whatsoever for the kitchen. Extra deposit required for possible damage and very little outlet access.

It was really nice, some rust was present on the metal in the bathtub and the carts for luggage were kind of difficult but overall a great cheap hotel. There is a 100$ deposit i wasnt informed of at booking however.

Area was ok, didn’t feel safe at night if you walked around. Hotel was basically clean, but getting run down. Landscaping not being maintained at all.

Had to wait for front desk person to check us in. Was disappointed in furniture, it's seen better days. Couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs were soiled computer chairs. Bed was ok for sleep. Could have been cleaner. Waiting for them to give me back $100 deposit, lets see how long that takes.

Elevator certificate was 8 months expired. I only looked at certificate after it was shaking and making all kinds of rattling sounds. Shower leaked everywhere. Had to request a hair dryer and go pick it up at front desk. Breakfast was a coffee machine, oatmeal packet and a nutragrain bar. Very outdated property.

The rooms weŕe dirty. No pillows no restrooms out by the pool only had 2 chairs to lay in by the poor. Was only aloud to have 4 towels and had 6 people in the room. The continental breakfast was a joke.

Room was dirty, no trash can, called to ask for a trash can and was told someone would bring us a trash bag and they never did.

We stayed in one of the suites. Roaches in the room, horrible smell in the hallways and smelled weed the whole time we were there. The pool was filthy and the lights in the pool were out. Also one of the tops on the stove was broken. It was very hard to get fresh towels and shampoos because they stayed out of them at the front desk.

We found a half empty soda bottle under the air conditioner. The pull out couch mattress was a single for a full couch and 2 kids. The living room tv doesn't work. There was no ice available unless you make it. Since we were here overnight only, that didn’t work for us.

Abigale, we think her name is, at the front desk in the evening and early-morning. Extremely Plesant and Nice and Accommodating. This gal deserves to be moved to your 'better' buildings for sure, a true wonderful example of customer service. She was working in what I will call the Old Tower, B Tower I believe. That tower is is need of upgrade. HOWEVER the beds and bedding were just-about-new and excellent.

First room we were given 210 the TVs did not work and had holes in the door and dents in the wall. The 2nd room 161 had food in the microwave and the floor was sticky. We were finally given 322 which was cleaner and everything worked. We were there for a family emergency so we dealt with it.
