Hotel was a fair price, room was satisfactory, friendly hotel staff.
Our only real issue was when we went to call our adjoining room there was a dead cockroach stuck to the phone ear speaker, as if someone smashed it with the phone and left it.
If you can over look that and looking to save money, it really wasn't too horrible.

Overall my stay wasn’t bad at all. They were willing to work with my family situation and I checked in early which was nice since I still had an hour to go to get to my family function. The room itself was musky. Since I was on the second floor I couldn’t open the windows. It seemed clean but I did find dirt in some areas. The bed could have been better I think it needs a new mattress. I didn’t eat the breakfast but from what I saw it was waffles and cereals/muffins. The hotel overall was quiet and I felt safe.

The people I interacted with at the desk were very friendly. The room and the property in general were clean and appeared well-maintained. If I were to travel to this area again I would not hesitate to visit again.

The other hotels look like garbage so this one is meh based on a grading curve. Sucks because Ball State should really invest in the area around its school as these moms and dads come to these hotels in support of games and their children.

We didn't even stay there. We checked in and checked out as soon as we were able to find different accomodations. The room reeked like cat pee. And the hotel smell bad too. We booked it because it had a 8.2 cleanliness rating, and a 7.8 overall rating, but we wondered if the reviews are even real, because the condition of the hotel is lower than what you would expect of even a budget hotel. It was a disappointment!

The room was clean and comfortable. They allow dogs. The staff are all nice. The tv and remote doesn't need an IT degree to manage and the price is very fair! That was the second time I stayed there.

This is bare bones, but it's in a decent area, parking is good, there are restaurants nearby............You get what you pay for and if you are simply needing a place to crash, this works........

Short one night stay. Arrived later in the evening staff member who checked me in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and decently updated. The hotel itself is a little bit older but overall was happy with my room and the staff

The outside of the property wasn’t appealing at all. Much to my surprise the room was quite nice though. The staff at the desk when I checked in was quite rude, however a different one when I checked out was very nice.

Great place to stay, but whoever was in the room before us used far too much cologne. The smell lingered and was still there after a 3 day stay. The first night I got a head ache it was so strong. After that, it was just annoying.

The hotel is very dated. The carpet, comforters and drapes are all very dark. The phone was probably white at one time but is a yellowing color now. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. You can hear the room beside you talking and children occasionally crying. When you are trying to sleep you can hear the people above you walking around their room. The cereal was old the breakfast options were very slim and the coffee creamer is powder. No fruit or yogurt options.
