Very friendly, decorated extremely well for Christmas. Rooms were very nice, beds comfortable and food at the restaurant was excellent. Also service and staff were exceptional.

From the moment we arrived by the parking lot, in the lobby, guest services, bell person, all of the on-site amenities(The Club is Amazing!), every point of contacts are are all 5 star levels.
We've been travelling all over North America from 3 stars - 5 stars and this is the one that we call our reference point for all around services.
Been here more than a few times to celebrate birthdays and weekend getaways with the families, and definitely looking forward to come back again in the future.

Excellent stay this weekend with superb service from the check-in, room care and dining. Also enjoyed the pool area. Special thanks to Rocco and team for giving us that special attention as well.

The customer service is top notch and the hotel is very clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was very old and outdated. The faucet was loose and did not work properly. I was disappointed with that since I had stayed in this hotel previously and the washroom in that room was renovated and very nice. I’m not sure why some of the rooms have been updated while others are not.

Elegant, yet warm and friendly. Spacious, comfortable rooms with both a full bathroom AND a counter space outside the bathroom with a mirror for another person to use. The greeter at the front door is a welcomed sight upon entering a building and he offers immediate support and directions. This is a professional and smooth operation.

I enjoyed my stay at White Oaks, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

The only issue we had was the refrigerator. It was not cooling but maintenance was very prompt in coming to the room to replace it.

We spent a wonderful 45th wedding anniversary weekend at the White Oaks. The handicapped accommodations were exceptional, and the service (especially from Serk) was outstanding throughout the stay. The complimentary valet parking, chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival, and in the restaurant were a nice touch. We will definitely be back.

This was a really nice place . Only thing is the doors are super heavy and Iit was noisy people coming and going all hours .banging doors ... hard to avoid I guess in a hotel or else all of us were on same floor which places tend to do if they aren’t busy!

Front desk staff are always a pleasure to deal with, especially Thu. She is very professional and knows how to treat a guest well.
Our treatments at the spa were most enjoyable and Margaret is a true gem. Lastly, we couldn’t forget to mention David who always greets us with a warm hello and friendly smile at the front door each time we visit. A great way to start any stay at the hotel !
