It was a nice place close to the performance center where we were attending a celebration. Free hot breakfast is always a plus when traveling with children. My 7 yr old enjoyed the pool. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The gym could use some TLC. Half the treadmills were not functional, but there was enough other equipment to make up for it. Would definitely consider this again if we needed a place to stay while visiting the area

When we went to check in at 3:20, our room wasn’t ready. The front desk attendant said the hotel was full and a substitute room also wasn’t available. The attendant was very nice and apologetic, but we couldn’t check in. We ended up leaving and returning 5 hours later to check in. The second attendant was polite and friendly. I think one of them should have offered us a discount for the inconvenience.
The room was nice. The breakfast was well-stocked and clean. Altogether, this was a fine place to stay, but I think something should have been offered to us.

The construction near the hotel was awful. Loud, and unpleasant. Traffic was an issue as a result.

We were greeted by Tracey at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful as this was our first experience with Hampton properties. She also assisted in getting us signed up with the Hilton Honors program.

All all it was good just lots of construction around it which Willy is not the hotels fault but once the construction is done, I would definitely give it a higher grade

The beds were comfortable. There was sufficient pillows. The sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Check in and check out was seamless. We did have to turn on the mini fridge.

This is a very good and neat proppedty. the staff her was also very good. the only thing that bothered me was a lot of the parking spot was occupied but u-haul trucks later in the evening ane then it was difficult to find a parking spot

This was a very nice Hampton Inn, room was comfortable, front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast area was very congested and busy, it might flow better if beverage area was away from the food line, didn't eat here because it was so busy. Some construction on the road near hotel at this time.

So clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was sweet as can be and helpful with local recommendations. Coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby and just so many little details to make your stay pleasant. Great breakfast, too!

The front desk was awesome! It’s just too bad they work in a crappy building. Keycards didn’t work, toilet didn’t work, cleaning staff never came. We even put the “I’m sleeping card” on the desk to make sure they cleaned, only to find it on our door later that night.
When we arrived and couldn’t get into the room after even the front desk tried their cards, we were told that because we booked 3rd party we could not have another room. I then told them that I was a Hilton member but my husband had booked the room on Hotels.com app instead, we were able to switch rooms. But then that toilet didn’t work. lol!!! Horrible place. Won’t go back.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well (hair in the tub, shampoo and conditioner were dirty), the elevators are working, but at times it feels as if they are barely working. But the staff are kind and welcoming

Our stay was five nights. Comfortable room with hot shower! Morning breakfast was nice! You can hear the interstate from the room all night and there was road construction everywhere but other than that our stay was great

It was overall a great experience. The breakfasts were good with a lot of choices. You need more towel racks in the bathroom. The Mall had just about everything. The construction was tricky. I loved the shades in the room. Beds very comfortable. The location was perfect because our reason for visiting was a Service at the Mall.

The guy that checked us in was rude and literally didn’t even welcome us. There was no water in the container. The room was great and clean but the front desk guy at check was awful. It made our whole stay depressing. I was glad I didn’t see him again. The guy the next night was so nice. I wanted to pay for a water and he gage me a bottle for free because at check in that guy the first night didn’t even thank me for being a Hilton Diamond member. You really need to speak to him because I wouldn’t stay there again because of him.

The hotel was clean and staff was courteous but i wouldn't say nice. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Lots of construction so getting in the bus or l train was difficult unless you drive or uber to the station to get on the yellow line.

Two-night stay while sightseeing in Chicago. Hampton Inn has been a reliable brand for me, and this is one of the better ones where I’ve stayed. Great front-desk service, clean and spacious room, good breakfast, and a convenient location (just a short drive to the Dempster/Skokie CTA station.) Old Orchard Rd. is currently under a lot of construction, but I had no issues accessing the hotel. My only complaint is about the Wi-fi…I strangely kept getting logged out while using my phone and ended up using more cellular data than planned.
