It was clean but we went swimming in the pool which was nice but some of the guests were setting at the pool smoking pot and it stunk up the place

The good: check in was fast and easy. Room has laminate floors. Clean beds. Space to put two suitcases on level surface. All lights worked. Cold frig and freezer. Quiet air conditioning. Large TV.
The bad. The closet in our room 117 has very moldy smell that was permeating into the room. The breakfast was worst we've ecperienced in 6 nights of travelling across the country. No fruit, no yogurt, sausage so greasy that it was inedible. I think the scrambled eggs were powdered. Barely edible. No non-sugary creamer available for coffee.

The bed was hard. The ceiling looked like it has leaked before and mold by the vents. The staff was nice and friendly.

Would not recommend, Very dirty place with stinky rooms with wet carpet. Limited towels and toiletries for 4 people.

Sink are no draining. The whole rooms has stain marks. The mattresses are sink in the middle.

Front desk staff was great at check in. Roo was musty and beds very small. But the water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast was not great and the floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it.

The property was pretty decent, but my whole trip there were kids running up and down past my room trying to open my door and the ice machine on my floor did not work at all.

The hotel hallways smelled of mold, the rooms smelled of sweat and mildew, and the continental breakfast was obviously leftovers that had been reheated numerous times and provided me with a painful case of food poisoning. Housekeeping was not permitted to attend to our room none of the three days that we stayed at the hotel requiring us to beg for clean towels at the front desk for our children to be able to take baths. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is great and the building itself could be nice if there was new management.

The front desk clerk Matt was very rude upon my arrival to the point that the manager had to send him home and cover his shift. The manager did apologize for his rude behavior and explained that Matt was having a very bad day

The room had an old musty odor but was clean. Breakfast was not sat out often enough to keep up with the amount of patrons, so we were not able to enjoy the free breakfast. The gentleman at the desk (Luke I believe) was very knowledgeable and courteous; so was the housekeeper. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the included Wi-Fi and cable service. I would definitely consider staying here again. My favorite from this stay was the convenient parking and the fact they accommodated with accessibility for my elderly mother.

The man at the time of check in was so pleasant to talk too. He made sure the whole group was staying on the same floor and we had an awesome time. Our stay was amazing!!!!

Hotel was half way between West palm beach and New Braunfels, Texas. Was pretty quiet considering its just off interstate location. Plenty of near by places to eat. Hotel was clean and updated. Exceptional value for price. Desk staff was friendly. We decided to stay there again on the return trip.

This visit was not a good one .1. the elevator was broken the whole time that we were there 2.our bed was not comfortable at all 3.there is not a good hot breakfast bar as offered they stop at 8 and the sign says 9 . I don't think that we will stay there anymore infact we checked out a day early.

The a/c went out at 12:35am they wanted to come in room and do maintenance while my family was asleep. They finally after 20 minutes of back and forth moved us to different room. Then breakfast is from 6:30 -9:30 am by 7:45 to hot food left. What is the management of this establishment thinking.

The place was clean, comfortable bed, new carpet and tile floors very nice. some of the furniture was a little beat up.
I was pretty disappointed with the breakfast. The only thing hot was the toast I made and the waffles I made. Just a bunch of carbs, no proteins at all.

The ladies that cleaned our room were on it! I didn't get their names, but i was there Feb 23-25, 2024. Everyone that I encountered were really friendly.
