The hotel is on the beach, and the room I stayed in had a great view of the pool and the Pacific Ocean. It is centrally located, with a mall across the road. The front desk staff is friendly. and helpful. They also gave me an upgrade to a nice, fancy room! Great breakfast.

Best hotel in manta. Great Amenities, you have the mall across the street, the staff was amazing but I would really like to emphasize on Liliana at Front Desk and Andres (Executive Chef): outstanding people and simply WHAT A SERVICE!!!!! hats off to both of them for giving my wife and I and incredible experience.

Yuber at the bar was terrific! Everybody there gave us good service but he was truly great! The property overall is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful! Our only issue was the smell close to the gym area. We believe it was ammonia since in the heat and humidity it smelled like cat pee. Otherwise the property is wonderful.

The hotel is located across the street from the mall which was very convenient. The facility, location, staff, and the dining options were great. We were there during Ecuador's Carnival season. So, there was a party atmosphere throughout the province.

Nice Hotel with a good breakfast, but most of the staff at the front desk doesn't speak English and I got charched twice (once by Expedia, and the Hotel wanted to pay me again). Finally I got the money back but it needed two more visits at the Hotel until I got the money back.

A 5 star resort in the middle of a city. Beautiful views with pristine service. On site restaurant was amazing. The food is authentic to ecuadors coastal region. Room were excellent will all the amenities 5 star resort would provide. If you are looking for a place to stay in Manta, this is it.

Interaction with a certain staff member was not ideal, although management did attempt to improve the situation. I appreciate they responded to my Expedia review of checkin and offered solutions. The location and hotel it self is great and relaxing.

We stayed at another property in Manta for 3 months. We were so stressed out that we needed a break. So I booked 3 nights at the Oro Verde just to relax & enjoy quiet luxury. Best decision Ive made in Manta. Great service. Great food though I do wish they had a bigger variety on the menu. Quiet. Safe. Welcoming. If I could afford to live there full time I would move in tomorrow. Highly recommend!
