Great stay. Large king room with pullout and kitchenette. Only 15 minutes to CLT airport with better prices and breakfast!

I do not recommend this hotel. I went to ask the front desk about some extra charges that I had not authorized and the person who seemed to be the manager disrespectfully told me, with an aggressive attitude, that he would not do any more business with us because I claimed some extra charges made to my credit card that I did not authorize. Additionally, I do not recommend this hotel because the bed is uncomfortable, they do not provide room service and the room had cockroaches. For breakfast they have scrambled eggs and sausage, but they are cold, bad, and always the same. They do not pick up the trash, they do not change the towels and they get upset if you ask for toilet paper. The pool is out of service, without notifying you at the time of reservation.

I'll start by saying that I get this is a 3* hotel, so don't expect all the bells and whistles. That said, there are a lot of small things that could lead to big improvements on guest stay.
1) There were no USB ports to charge devices. I can't remember that last time I experienced this. How expensive would it be to replace the clocks, or to put in a lamp on the desk with a USB port? I didn't bring a plug-in adapter because I didn't think I'd need one. Made charging devices very difficult.
2) The soda vending machine was completely empty. They should have put an out of order sign or something. Or call the guy to keep things stocked. This is just a lack of effort.
3) Housekeeping didn't set foot in my room one time during the duration of my stay. It would have been nice to clean up the towels, or to not have to ask for a roll of toilet paper (there was no spare roll, just the one partially used roll in the bathroom when I arrived).
4) Lastly, and this isn't the hotel's fault, but it smelled like raw sewage in the surrounding area, and that seeped into the room itself. It was very unpleasant.

This Quality Suites was good. Overall, the room was very clean and tidy. The clerk at check-in was very helpful and professional. The beds were not the most comfortable, since I have a bad back, but overall decent.

It was a very clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and staff was wonderful. The pool was smaller than it looks in the photos but the kids still enjoyed it.

I was not impressed with this hire, the room was so hot when we walked in and it never fully cooled off the whole evening and night we were there. The beds were uncomfortable? The breakfast was not worth having. I will l not be staying at this location again in the future.

Where it was located, I wasn't disappointed. The places i wanted to go to wasn't far away. The two employees that I had interaction with were very nice. Thanks Mrs Desiree,and Mrs Lillie. Tooms were nice and clean, loved that it had a sink besides in bathroom.

Will not stay in the future. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but there was way too much noise. The walls were so then you could hear the showers, doors open and close, loud thuds. At 2am there was talking outside of the hotel and you could hear the conversations.

It was nice. It had just enough room for me and my two boys. We were there for a basketball tournament. Our bathroom door did stick and if you entered the the property after 11pm they had to buzz you in.

The property manager tried to fix the issues. Mold in the 1st room, water bug in the 2nd room. Difficulty getting clean linen and towel from staff. . The staff was not helpful or friendly. I will not book a Quality Inn ever again.

This was an amazing hotel. We had to leave another 2.5 star property not too far away. When we arrived here it really felt like home. Whenever we are back in the area we will specifically look for this place.

We were there for 3 nights. Trash and towels never replaced. Bed never made. Trash left in hallway in front of various rooms for 24 to 36 hours. Saw roaches in the bathroom twice and other bugs under the mini fridge when we dropped something and had to pull out the fridge to retrieve it. We will not stay there again.

I think the location was nice. What you pay and what you get doesn’t really aline. Customer service was okay. The place is really old. The carpet looks weird and the bed was not as comfortable.

Room and bed is okay, no proper amenities in room, not even a kitchen towels, bayhroom towels are not big enough to wrap, breakfast timing is very less compare to other hotels and front office staff (Old lady) was so rude in answering and started calling room to vacate sharp at 11am, but other gentlemen earlier told that we can checkout by 11.30.

It was a good hotel. The elevator was a bit wonky but overall great hotel. The sofa bed was a bit outdated which was uncomfortable for my sibling and his friend. However a much better quality inn by far than the last one I was at.

We prepaid the stay through Orbitz. Had to leave a day earlier the originally planned. Tried to get a refund for the last day giving 24 hours notice and was told by the front desk we had to contact the manager. The manager was not on the property and would not return our messages. Very disappointing since we had been staying at the property every week for several weeks. We have several more weeks of business in the area, but will not be staying at the property. They kept one nights fee, but lost 15 nights.
