Website stated there was an exercise room, none available. The website said free lite breakfast included, none available. Went to use the shower, turned the handle and it fell on to the tub floor with the water on……..so no shower. Very surprised at room quality and amenities with Wyndham supposedly behind the hotel. Very disappointed

There were escorts walking around along with the constant smell of marajuana. In a terrible area, things weren’t cleaned properly either DO NOT COME.

It was absolutely gross. I had no idea it was so nasty. Cracks in the walls, smelled of cigarettes. And the lamps and drawers were broken. There were cigarette burns everywhere.

It was A horrible stay, they had roaches crawling on the wall. The sheets wasn’t clean. It was up and down on the dresser just filthy. I would never stay here again the worst hotel I’ve ever been at.

Hotel was not what online pictures showed. Furniture was raggedy lamp shades were busted. Room was outdated headboard was peeling just nasty. Tub was dirty cigarette 🚬 burns on tables just a total bad experience was in the room

Dirty, paint peeling off walls in shower. Towel were all stained. Pollow cases were not clean.smelled like smoke and i had a non smoking room. Guy at front desk wasnt nice at all.

The rooms were disguising

Online says breakfast included, but when I checked in and asked about the times they said breakfast is no longer an option since 2 years ago. The front desk mentioned they have reported this so it can be updated online but nothing has been done. I called customer service to hotels.com so this can be updated on their end. The area is very shady and def not the best. I must say that the front desk employees were very helpful. And parking it is included.

Quick staycation. Got the suite and enjoyed my stay. Wish checkout was at noon instead of 11.

I didn’t like the stained towels a cockroach was sent in bathroom and y room wasn’t cleaned my whole stay

The sheets were dirty and housekeeping refused to change them, we were only given 4 pillows for 3 people, and the bath towels were never replaced they just folded the used ones and put them back on the rack.

I usually don’t have any issues with this property been staying here for years. Since different management property seems to have gone down. The loud marijuana smell throughout all floors is terrible and not a good look for out of town visitors

I was uneasy the entire night around 3am til 6am it sounded like someone was getting beat to death. Screaming and loud cursing w not on for hours

This hotel, if it's what you call a hotel, was horrible from the start. The clerk tried to overcharge from my reservation. They didn't have breakfast as it says and the fridge had mold. Just disgusting. Will NEVER stay in a Days Inn again and very ASHAMED of Wyndham.

Clerk for check in was hard to understand. Basically checked in and paid. Than saw a lot of issues. Sketchy people hanging around. Lots of loud noises and nasty areas. So checked back out within ten to fifteen minutes. So did not and could not receive refund.

Room was so nasty. Housekeeping half way cleaned the room. Open bottles of beer was still in the fridge. Room smelled like smoke. Room door didn’t lock. Lobby was dirty. Staff was rude. Security was nice. Do not recommend!!!!!

The water accumulates in the tub and would not drain out even after 24 hours. Horrible stay.

Generally, a good stay. Elevator floors need to be swept and mopped. Otherwise, a quiet and comfortable stay.

The hotel was pretty basic and met my needs; especially since it was a last minute reservation. The room was clean and had plenty of space but I was impressed with the clerk at the front desk. He had some issues with some guests checking in ahead of us and despite their displeasure with something out of his control (online reservations for the wrong night) he remained professional and polite throughout the whole ordeal. He kept a calm demeanor, continued to smile, and found a solution for the guest. He provided 5 star services.

The staff was especially friendly, responsive and concerned for our needs. The breakfast was good. The area is safe and convenient for shopping, activities and access to highways.

This property is a cheap property to stay at if you are only in town for a weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful to the things we needed. The property needs a lot of updating but it is clean for the most part. There was a cigarette hole in my sheet but NO BED BUGS OR STAINS. Thank God!
