Just need drinks vending machine. Other and that, everything is perfect

After 10 minutes of us being in our room, the door was unlocked and opened by one of the maintenance staff to retrieve a fan from the room. The next morning at checkout I notified the front desk and the GENERAL MANAGER who were on shift at approx. 8 AM on Friday, Sept 13. Their only response was that the maintenance personnel should have knocked and they only provided a light apology. I let them know how unsafe and dangerous that event was and they showed little to no concern. DO NOT STAY at this property if you value your privacy or safety. As a woman I felt extremely unsafe and was grateful my husband was in the room at the time. If you are a single female or traveling with children, STAY AWAY!

The breakfast was awful. Plus, there was not enough room to sit in breakfast room. A very average hotel!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa station in lobby was great. Room was kinda small. We had a sofa bed but only pulled out to a twin size. Bathroom was small with not much sink area. Beds were comfy.

Appreciate a pet friendly hotel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for furry family members. Room was very large and extremely comfortable.

It was clean, comfy but the internet wasn't good we were unable to use the wifi on our phones other than that it was good

The neighborhood was not safe due to homeless in the area. They were very bold. While in the drive up lane at McDonald's watched a homeless woman attempt to get in the car behind us. Santa Fe very sad used to be very clean and safe. No longer.!. Sad for the hotel should have security in the parking lot and on the premises especially at night.

It was ok for a one night it's also an affordable place around Santa Fe that is family friendly. However, I think the rooms look run down and I have a toddler and he was exploring the room and found a used silicone ear plug so that was gross. It was in a small corner in the room so definitely a place that is probably not cleaned as often but I'd like to think all rooms are well cleaned after every use. I think this def showed us that was not the case. Not sure if we'll be staying here again.

Hotel was clean. Had no issues, lots of shops around the area.

It was one thing after another. Price was ridiculous ($300) for what we got. Bugs in the bathroom, sink was clogged, air conditioner was extremely noisy, vending machine ate our money. Also, was a 20-25 minute drive to the city center, which wasn't clearly stated on the site.

Our room was quiet, clean, and breakfast had several options. We augmented with a few items. I would like green chilies at breakfast.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe

This is an excellent pet friendly hotel. We stayed just one night but it was awesome for our dog and son. We didn't have time to check out the breakfast or the pool but the room was good for what we needed.

Rooms and dining area showing a lot of wear, could use updating and/or deep cleaning. Breakfast was sloppy, needed more service to restock items.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great place to cool off and relax.

There were small bugs on our ceiling and breakfast was barely warm. Sausage tasted horrible. Not worth about $200.00 when all said and done.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location to where we needed to be and to restaurants/back to school shopping! Our room was roomy, nicely appointed and the breakfasts were GOOD! The extra air-flow machines helped bring the air conditioning into the 2nd area of the room and we were all comfortable despite the HOT temp outside!

The hotel is central and in close proximity to the places we want to visit.

We visited this hotel at the end of July and chose it because of all the positive reviews. We still cannot figure out how this hotel has so many 5 star reviews. Pros: * Great breakfast with a variety of food served daily. Breakfast is served until 10. * Staff was friendly enough. * Filtered water station along with a coffee station. Cons: * The hotel is not in a safe location. Homeless shelter is very close and many homeless people roaming the streets and parking lot. * while our room was a great size (purchased upgraded room) nothing in the room was an upgrade. The carpet was filthy. Wood shutter blinds were cracked and didn’t close completely. The tub had a six inch black crack on the side. The bed skirts were old and made of some sort imitation leather and stained. The comforters and bedspread spreads were dirty and had some stains. Mattress were ok box springs stained. * We had some sort of “tree beetles” (according to the front desk staff) in our room. Killed a few in our 3 night stay. * The wallpaper was dirty especially where the trash can was. * Not only was the air conditioning very loud, it somehow added humidity to our room. Which is probably why there was a musty odor in the room. Since the air conditioner was a wall unit, cool air never made it into the bathroom. * We could hear every guest next to and above us. Thankful we brought earplugs We travel to Santa Fe a few times a year for business. This was the first and last stay at the Best Western Plus.

Very dark room..also had a funky odor. Breakfast is just no.

This hotel was ok, but in a very rough area. Picture is misleading shares a driveway with a pawn shop. In terms of other things it had a nice hot tub and pool and a good breakfast
