Great place to stay while in the Alps. Good value for money. Access to the large spa included. EV charging is for extra pay.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view of the mountains from the room. We had an amazing room with a large balcony where we spent most of our time while in the room. There are no coffee machines offered in the suite we booked, however our request for a kettle was promptly addressed. Front desk service was great with helpful information and details of the amenities offered at the hotel. Lunch and dinner prices are a little expensive, but breakfast was great. I am looking forward to our next visit back here in the near future.

we spend a week vacation at this beautiful resort and we are very pleased with the service. Great amenities for family to enjoy. Although the properties really Carter for Adults, but kids can have fun if you are more of the adventure family.

Beautiful property in between The Alps, nice pools (indoor and out), sauna and spa. Breakfast was amazing. I definitely recommend.

Buffet food was incredible. Afternoon snack was also very filling. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

A real gem! Great location, next to the main slopes with beautiful pools, sauna, steam rooms excellent half-board option. We had a large suite for us and our 2 children (2 rooms) . It was very quiet (we couldn't hear any noise from the road) The hotel delivered on every level; the food was delicious, the staff we so professional and we were made to feel that nothing was too much to ask. The pool warm, plenty of towels. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will be back next year!

The food service at dinner each night was abysmal. On Christmas eve, for the "Gala Dinner", we were sent to the dining room at 6.30. Even though everyone had pre-ordered out main course the previous night, it took 3 and a half hours for them to finish serving dinner. It was chaotic with staff running about with random plates of food. None of us got our food at the same time - children first, then the vegetarian at our table, and one hour later, the meat eaters got their food. Not up to the standard of such a hotel.

The hotel has a very nice location with view over the mountains. The wellness area is new and is very nice and relaxing. The pools are great and the mirror in the ceiling gives it a very special touch. The restaurant

We could not fault this hotel/resort, food was excellent, Spa and Gym facilities are Superb. All the staff were extremely helpful, special mention to Katherine who served us breakfast, she went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect.

Great potential and location for downhill skiing. Walking distance to down town (10min). Good food, decent service. Hotel in need of refurbishment (planned for summer 2019) and selective staff upgrade.

Excellent location for the main ski lifts, only a few minutes walk. About 1km to the main square where you will find restaurants and bars etc. Great hotel bar and fantastic breakfast. The pool was slightly cool which was disappointing after a days skiing and the othe spa facilities were available but didn’t use much due to the fact that nearly everyone was naked- the Austrian/German way!

The hotel was changing bed linen every 4 days. The restaurant manager told us that the hotel is not a family or kids friendly hotel. They had buffet only on the weekends and the other days it was a menu with three choices.The hotel is very close to the ski lift.

Absolutely everything was fantastic, only one thing is that the hotel is by the road connecting towns and in summer months is quite noisy as at night we kept windows open. However, this downside was not an issue as all the other amenities and staff were great! The room had a great view from the top floor. Beds were very comfy and big as well as the room itself was spacious for three people. The restaurant has an alpine spirit and very modern. Biggest compliments to Head Chef and the team for a very nice and varied breakfast, and the dinners were top class! We stayed 10 days and had booked only breakfast, but after eating one dinner at the restaurant we quickly realised we should had a half board booked, which we did for the subsequent days. We checked restaurants in Seefeld and had a dinner there, which proved that a value and quality we get at the hotel's restaurant was unbeatable. Also, some evenings rained and we were more than happy just to go downstairs to the restaurant rather than another walk to the town for a dinner. We loved spa facilities with all relaxing saunas and warm waterbeds to chill! After dinners we liked to sit in the Bar and sip delicious cocktails made by a very professional Barman Maximilian. Reception team were very pleasant and approachable too. We'd recommend to visit Swarovski (only 30min drive), Innsbruck (8 stops by train), surrounding little towns (Mosern - the Bell), Mittenwald (amazing ski lift - Kranzberg!), Leutasch Gorge amazing walks.

We checked in at night. When we got to our room it was quite hot, even though the window was open. Their was an air conditioning thermostat in the room. However, even turning it to its coldest didn’t start the cooling. I called the reception from the room. The call lasted 10 seconds and it went like this: *Male receptionist*: It’s turned off. It’s 10 degrees outside. Bye bye. That’s the epitome of horrible service. Also, I don’t care what the temperature is outside in the middle of the night. We couldn’t have the window open because of bugs. Luckily we brought our own small fan - otherwise it would’ve been a very warm night. Also worth mentioning - the view is very bad, and the ‘Spa’ part of the hotel means a combined inside and outside pool, saunas where you aren’t allowed to wear bathing suits and have to be naked, as well as the option to pay for massages and other treatments (although it might be hard to pay, since the entire spa area was deserted). Conclusion: OK hotel, rude staff, bad view, poor spa experience. The hotels down in Seefeld looked much nicer with at least just as good a view.

Fantastic

This is a fabulous 150 room property, overlooking the alpine mountains (at least the room we got had a balcony facing the mountains and highway - so pls ensure that coz the other side view is rubbish) which was fabulous to say the least... the breakfast area and the restaurants feel more like a 7 star property - very exotic.. feels very high end for sure... they have another property in the same Seefeld area but towards the Seefeld village called Krumers Post, which is more basic & smaller but located in a more lively area (if u want bars, cafes and people around).. but we loved this Alpin property more... theres free parking for around 15 cars after which there is underground but paid parking spaces available.. overall wonderful...
