Looks like it may have been a 4 star hotel at some point but it's run down now. On the bright side the staff are friendly and professional.

We were warned 4x during check in that we would be charged if we smoked in the room; despite us telling them we are nonsmokers. Told breakfast was at 7:30am. Got there and not only was it not open when the woman began to put it out she was on her phone complaining the entire time and moving super slow. Only after several people began to complain did someone come over and help. She proceeded to be heard calling the customers “seniors, who should learn to sleep in”. The room has terrible water pressure, pictures missing and walls marked up.

Over price I pay 247 and my cousin pay 77 I don’t know why

The Mexican restaurant onsite was fabulous. The property needs a major deep cleaning and repainting, if not a renovation. The continental breakfast area was dirty and disgusting. The staff was friendly, but more effort needs to be put into cleaning and maintenance of the public areas of the hotel.

This property is a bad example on how to run a hotel on a budget. Pool was shut down, elevator broken, first floor ice machine broken, handicap exit door broken, refrigerator in room broken, TV not properly formatted so it has a tiny picture and a crappy sound bar. Parking lot crumbling near handicap parking making it very unsafe. Finally, rear smoking area literally right next to natural gas manifold for the building. That may be to code, but still not a good look. I have never stayed at a Wyndum Hotel before and I never will again. If this hotel is up to their standards, then it is a VERY low bar of quality.

Service from check in staff was good. Hotel is old with stains on walls and on carpet. Located in a sketchy area. Bed frame broke when sat on bed.

This property is VERY NASTY, Smells very moldy, I will never book with Wyndham again. How can they rent us a room like this. I would like a total refund. I will be calling the Wyndham corp. Office. The breakfast area was very dirty, the food was nasty and cold. SHAME on Wyndham for stealing my 550.00 dollars!! I hope my family and I don't catch something from this hotel. Someone is very welcome to call me,

The pool was closed in July! The tub was dirty and the room smelled like smoke. The towels & linens were clean.

It was ok…we did not use any amenities. Got in kind of late & left early Tuesday morning. We were just passing thru.

The water was freezing cold. They sent us to room all the way at the end of the hall. The sink and tub was stopped up. They changed our room and offered points no refund, no compensation at all. Im still waiting for the points The breakfast was ok and decent though.

i was hoping to have a USB Compatible Outlets for charging my phone but there were none. I needed an adapter in order to charge my phone. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Overpriced for lacrosse tournament

The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The front facade makes it look like a fairly new/remodeled hotel. You walk in the doors and you see that it is an old motel that is in need of repairs, remodeling, etc. The breakfast room tables looked like they were found at a restaurant going out of business sale, the room was musty and in need of remodeling, the pool was closed and the water was brown and disgusting. Plus the cost was so overpriced, it was a scam. Price was jacked up due to a lacrosse tournament at the DE turf sports complex. Since we were coming to see our grandson play and other hotels within the area were sold out I opted for this Wyndham Gardens. I have stayed in Wyndham Gardens before and am actually a rewards member and they are usually decent - nothing like this one. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel had a hospital smell and the one working elevator was very tight. With some updates it could be a great hotel.

Had some kind of bug in my bed check the sheets didn’t see anything else now I have a bite on my neck from whatever else there was there

I stay at this place every time. Love it.

I had checked in online and upgraded from a king to two queens because my husband had been ill. When we got to the room, it was a king bed. I called the desk and was told I needed to come back to get a new room. This entailed a long walk down the hall and driving back around the building. It was 87 degrees. I got the new keys and went back to the side entrance. It took several attempts with both keys before I could get the entrance door open and the same to get the room door open. I propped the room door open, collected my husband and moved to the new room.

Motel was fine , Expedia was terrible, terrible . The booking arrangements for my employers was not good. They would not take my full payment in advance so the employers had to pay on arrival and check in

My bothroom tub had hair in it from the last people . The pool water looked disgusting no one even by the pool. The breakfast wa almost nonexistent.

Old, run down, you have to ask to have your room cleaned but they don’t tell you that, and if you need something you have to go down to front and get it yourself.

The staff at check in was friendly. Our son’s room had mold all in the shower and bathroom it was gross he had to shower in our room. They advertise free breakfast but there is minimal food served the milk that was there was expired as well. We had to stop at McDonald’s. We won’t be back.

Terrible experience pool was disgusting IN June, tears multiple in wallpaper on wall in hall and room, brown water in bathroom, house keep lady smelt horrible, only 1 ice machine between 4 floors others were out of order, one tiny elevator working the other out of order. We checked out a night early and they never gave a receipt for Chek out approximately they never did it since I got an email the next day to please check out. Which I did 12 hours prior. TERRIBLE for a Wyndham

Basic accommodations. A lot of running in the hallways but really not a huge deal.

Worthwhile place

This property needs a huge facelift. Our door stuck and we had to both push it open. The pool wasn’t open and water was still green. Hairdryer was broken. Good points are it was in a convenient location and the bed was comfortable.
