On a motorcycle holiday with a friend. Pamplona is a great destination with fabulous Tapas bars. Hotel was nicely located but parking even for a motorbike was difficult. Some great Tapas bars in the area if you can find them. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable so just a typical tourist hotel. I would return but for the price a breakfast should be included.

Hotel with nice personal, good breakfast and central location! :) parking was spacious and easy to find. We had a pleasant stay!

Reception desk wasn't really existent! Was asked to check in online ahead of the trip. When the receptionist was around, she was perched on a tiny desk in a very large lobby, I felt sorry for her! I was only there one night and unfortunately had VERY noisy neighbours until 4am. The walls seemed paper thin! Not sure I would recommend.

It was first time I acceded to room with a code. Very practical.

I liked the ability to receive a code on my phone to get to the hotel and to my room. Very convenient.

Online check in and keypad entry was excellent and easy. Perfect for what we needed and comfortable.

Victoria at reception was very helpful, although guests should be aware of limited hours reception is open - it is closed from 1:00 pm to 5:00 - although check-in is at 2:00. I arrived at 11:30 and waited in lobby, with no access to restroom or restaurant until my room was ready at 2:00. The room was triple, tight fit, but clean and with balcony - but no seating.

Hotel is in a great area, close to shops and good restaurants. Didn’t know that hotel offer no parking but there are other parking facilities close to hotel. Hotel breakfast is expensive and service was not great.

Hard to say much nice about the hotel other than it was clean and location was good. Parking off site but adequate. Advertised 24 desk - NO. Reception only open limited hours. Could not check in until 5. Young nice woman but not professional at check in. They say they’re renovating reception but it appears that’s an ongoing matter. Only a desk and a bench. Not really a reception. Very noisy. Could hear neighbours sneeze, talk and TV’s from all sides. Needed ear plugs to sleep. Two paper glasses provided which melted within minutes. Two hard pillows. Rough sheets. Aircon worked but loud. No shelf space in bathroom and shower left bathroom floor all wet. Very small room. I’d be ok with hotel and room but it was expensive- 125 Euros. Go elsewhere

Friendly staff, clean room, great area

Very friendly and very well organized staff. Hotel is super central with great walking distance to the center. Perfect stay in Pamplona

Everything would have been perfect about this hotel if the reception desk was open all day. I arrived at 1:30 to a sign that said reception was only open from 8am to 1pm and 5pm to 9pm. This means that I and other guests had to wait over 3 hours to check into the hotel when the website says check in is after 1pm. Very frustrating.

I emailed the hotel weeks before our stay about parking the car at the hotel car park. They never replied. The lady at reception had no idea how much parking was at the car park they recommended. This must surely be a question they are asked on a regular basis. They could not get our safe to work so I had to carry our cash with us. However, the room was good, if a little business-like, and the bathroom was excellent and looked new. Location was good and not too far from the Old Town.

Clean and good size, convenient to everything downtown.

Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Breakfast was just okay. One of the days there was virtually no choice of breakfast to eat and it was not replaced. Disappointing breakfast.

Good location, clean and nice amenities

Clean and central hotel, convenient for the city centre.

The room was spacious located on a corner with a small balcony overlooking the main road and a side road. We were not unduly disturbed by traffic noise. The room and bathroom looked to have been refurbished in the last few years and l was still looking fresh and modern. The safe located in the room was very useful. We had breakfast which was ok but once they ran out of something it was unlikely to get replaced so if you turn up near the end choice may be limited and staff started packing up as soon as it got to 10 Oclock.If you require a car parking space the hotel has a few in a nearby secure garage for 12.50 a day but it is best to contact the hotel to book in advance, we checked in fairly early and got the last one!Hotel is convenient for city centre and the Cuidadela.

Just a few minutes, short distance from bus station for a comfortable nights stay to explore Pamplona before we bussed to St Jean Pied de Port to start our Camino.

Great location. Near the old town. A good walk to the bars, restaurants and shops, and to the newer area of Pamplona.
