A hotel that says its a four star but barely merits a one. Wayer dames to corridors, dirty floors, peelibg paint. The worst hotel i have stayed in usung hotels.com. bitterly disappointed

Hotel could use a little more update specially in the rooms. Beds move to much, contains are I fly, old and dirty. Parking is horrible. Buffet for breakfast is too limited.

Clean, pleasant place to stay. Staircase leading to garage is quite old and could do with an upgrade, but that is a minor thing. Wish there was a gym in this hotel, it would make it the ideal place to stay.

the room is too tight, no air condition, the comfort of the bed is ok, and there is a flies in our room. The hotel is old.

Cleanness is the word. I felt safe and the staff is very helpful and ready to assist. The prices are good.

Great hotel on the edge of the city centreBus stop right by the hotel and number1 takes you right to the centre within a couple of minutes. Hotel is modern and clean; staff/reception staff very helpful and friendly. Room very large and comfortable and bathroom very modern and spotlessly clean. Very easy to park around by the hotel but underground garage available at 12 Euros per night.

Visited early October with temperature in low twenties - room had been in the sun all day and was absolutely roasting. Aircon not working / turned off for 'winter'. Right near a main road, so leaving windows open not an option. Wouldn't sell me a beer at 2302, as bar had closed - at 2300. Said to use the minibar.

Parking was n a problem, when we arrived we where asked if we had a parking reservation. This was not disclosed in the brochure of the hotel, staff was unfriendly.

Not as I thought the restaurant very small and the breakfast compared to other hotels was not great

Nice hotel with very professional stuff.

The hotel rooms needed an update and there is a smell throughout, maybe cheap cleaning materials.

This hotel is well situated, about a 20 minute walk from the Old City. It is very clean and everything is in working order. The only downside is we had a room on the second floor street side. The walls are not well insulated and you hear the traffic as if your window was open. We still recommend it but ask for a room on the upper floors to minimize the street noise.

This hotel states that it is 4 star. It may have been at one time but not now. The lobby was run down with torn sofas. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The bed felt like you were sleeping on just a box springs that squeaked every time you rolled over in the night. The description stated king size bed but it was only a queen. When we questioned it we were told the king size bed was an upgraded room not the room we reserved. This hotel is a good 20 min. walk to the old part of town.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times in the last five years and not had many complaints. However this time the room was not up to standard. The bed was awful and well past its sell by date. The net curtains were filthy. The bathroom badly needed upgrading. There was no plug in the bath and when you tried to run a bath it was impossible to turn off the shower which meant that the bathroom floor was sprayed with water. There were some big chips in the enamel in the bath and the sealant around the edges was disgusting. It was impossible to ring reception or housekeeping to ask for more pillows as there were no extension numbers on the phone. There was no room service menu. Generally the room was well below the standard you would expect for a 4 star hotel.

Zenit Puerta de Burgos: The hotel is very easy to find, even though it is in the middle of town it is on a direct route to major highways both North-South and East-West. Underground secure car parking is a big plus in this well trafficed town. The individual rooms and the public spaces are all well appointed and comfortable. The most memorable thing about the hotel is its small, intimate restaurant. Both the food and wine are of a high standard and the service excellent with the bonus that it is very reasonably priced. I will certainly use this hotel and restaurant again.

It was a joy to arrive at this hotel after a long journey. Easy to locate. Helpful staff. Good garaging. Excellent food in the restaurant and one of the best breakfasts on our trip! Overall an excellent hotel.
