Great place from which to explore the city. Easy walk to city centre.

Great hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean as was the reception area. We were able to park right in front -free street parking.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful, they gave us directions to the center of town which was an easy 15 minute walk and has lots of shops, restaurants etc.
The area around the hotel is nice and there Is a cafe/bar/restaurant right next door as well as at the hotel.

Wonderful pet friendly hotel stayed in June and it was great But the ac was turned off because it’s October the weather outside was 90c and our room with 2 dogs was 86c overnight making it very difficult to sleep, we asked them to turn the ac on but they declined, very disappointed

Stayed for work, I found this very easy to get to as I was driving and didn’t want to be in the city centre traffic. Nice staff and the city center is very close by.

Very nice stay, location was just right for us, a ten minute walk over the river and lovely scenary, to get into the centre. A couple of good bars next door, the tapas was lovely. Hotel was just right for a business or leisure trip

Area is not downtown but was very easy for a overnight to Portugal - there are two cafeterias right next to the hotel that close late. Parking outside also quite easy. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Dog friendly !

Very clean, well appointed rooms. Very quiet perhaps because I faced another part of the hotel.
Excellent selection buffet breakfast included in my price.
Very important for me, there is a superb underground garage with generous spaces. €15/night but considering the premium location I think it is a fair price.
I will be calling again when I return to the UK next year.

This is enough comfortable hotel located at the 15 minutes walking frome the city center.
All it's facilities is OK, the stuff, the cleaning, room sizes, furnishing OK.
The breakfast is relatively expancive, but we didn't take it, because there is the snack bar with varios tasty spanish things in the neighbor building and for the half price.

Our stay at the spectacular NH Ciudad De Valladolid was spoilt by the quality of the food served, we had the most magnificent room with views fit for a king but the food just let it down to say it was not good would be kind, My wife and myself stay in many Pousadas on our trips and love every minute but on this occasioin the food spoilt our stay in a amazingl place
