Was upset that our check-in time was almost an hour after the check-in time being 3pm. Wasn’t given enough towels. They charged us the day before we got there and made it a big deal AND then charged me $50 more. Definitely won’t be back.

The best thing about our stay is that it was within easy driving distance to the wedding reception venue. Beyond that, it was the most disappointing stay we’ve had. The noisy springs in our mattress kept me awake during the nights. Corporate alerted the staff about the problem, but nothing was done about it. No housekeeping services were done during our two days stay. No clean towels and wash cloths were provided, neither were clean sheets. The sink was stopped up. Those extra tiny soaps didn’t last two days. The steps leading up to the second floor are very dangerous at one point, so much so someone is going to trip over them eventually. I shudder to think what might happen next, not only to the person who falls but also to the hotel’s liability. The pictures will show what I mean. We will not stay at this hotel again. This is the first time I’ve ever given any hotel this bad a review. My wife and I were overcharged greatly for a very bad experience.

BLACKMOLD EVERY WHERE IN BATHROOM AND EVERYTIME I WANTED IN MY ROOM WE HAD GET STAFF LET US IN CUZ THE LOCK ON DOOR WAS MESSES UP.....I EILL NEVER STAY THERE EVER

The room was dirty & smelt musty. The lamp, light switches & t.v. were filthy. I took a shower & after walking around on the floor the bottoms of my feet were dirty. GROSS!

the bed squeaked like crazy on the left side like the frame was coming apart, the hair dryer did not work or the plug in beside it, the shower had standing water in it when we got in the room and the bottom looked like it was coming apart.. we come here a lot was very disappointed with my stay this time..

Hotel is old but has been refurbished. Is a clean basic place to stay.

This room was filthy! Throw up in the ice bucket, and on the chair, nasty sink and bathroom and dried up fluid on the floor! We were discussed!! Front desk person was slow and not very understanding. We couldn’t even walk into a lobby, my husband had to stand outside to talk with him! So unacceptable!! We felt very very unsafe!!!!!

Clean, friendly , would stay again

Outside is a little out dated,color wise. However the inside was very modern feeling and clean. The pillows were super soft and fluffy. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for one week and on the first day they wanted to come in and change bed frames and woke my girlfriend up. The owner was rude and wanted my girlfriend to go to the lobby and wait while 7 people went into our room with all of our stuff. She said no and stood there to watch all of our stuff. You could even tell that they did not want to come in and put these bed frames together. They also woke her up the next moring at 7:30 with construction above our room.The other staff was great tho and did a good job calling the police and getting a weird guy thrown out because he was bothering everyone and asking for drugs.

They were able to get me a room quickly since we had drove to Fayetteville for a concert and the other hotel couldn’t honor my reservations made through hotels.com

Large crowd outside in a corner drinking late at night with loud music, the pool was a dirty blue, they refused to give me my $50 deposit back because the “floors” were dirty, whenever it should be expected to have floors clean on a regular housekeeping for future guests. Breakfast is only waffles, and bread.

there was food left on floor and dusty tv screens i feel like all they did was replace the bedding and that’s it. even the bedding had stains on it. this was a surgery appointment i was barley in the room for 12 hours since I arrived at 8pm and left before 6am. the hotel refused to compensate for the conditions. paying $90 for a room I expect it to be fully clean at minimum.

On check in they sent us to an occupied room, but fixed that promptly, but forgot to redo the keys. Fixed that pleasantly and promptly too though. Accessible room had a low tub with grab bars instead of hoped-for walk in shower, hubby could just barely step into it with a little help. Room had less than usual furniture - no sofa, two chairs, only one work space, queen bed on the small side, too- soft mattress, and very noisy unit climate control. TV was nice, microwave was OK and fridge needed the freezer space defrosted. It tilted slightly forward so things tended to slide out; worked Ok though. Skimpy free breakfasts - coffee and teas were good, but mostly just carbs, packaged yogurts but no eggs or even peanut butter for protein. Outdoor pool not bad at all, used it twice. Ice and laundry located outside. We changed to it at the last minute so I am grateful it was available, but most days of the stay were overpriced for what it was.

I booked this hotel to pay at the hotel upon arrival. They charged my card in full before I ever left home...said it was "their policy". Not happy with that. Bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. King bed that was similar to sleeping in a giant cereal bowl. No sleep that night at all. One of their cleaning crew (most helpful) said there was a room with 2 Queens available and sent me to the office. There I was told (rudely) that someone else had that room. They said they would change the mattress. I told her I wanted a refund and was going to another motel. This was after she talked very rudely to her employee in front of me and also basically told me that she was talking to her employee and ignored me. The rooms are not as clean as they should be...(dirt and hair on bathroom floor in corners)...other than that the room was livable (not that that matters), but the rudeness of the owner and charging my card before I ever arrive is not what I expect of hotel management. She told me she would not give me a refund and I assured her that I would get a refund when she then decided we could have the room with 2 Queen beds. Won't stay there again.

Nice and clean hotel. Bed was nice. Shower/bathtub had jacuzzi jets which felt great after a hard day bike riding. Quite at night. Breakfast was good. Will stay again
