Had a short stay and it ticked all the boxes. The flat was clean and cozy and the location was right in the city centre. The self-check-in was very simple also.

Was worried it being near the nightlife might cause noise issues, but was relatively quiet. Clean and well furnished and easy to reach. Having the extra bits in the kitchen and bathroom was very welcome.

Some floorboards starting to dip or come up, had to be careful with a kid around. Hot water would take a while to get going as well, but fortunately didn't affect showers.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone as I was disappointed from check-in to apartment entry. He's just awful.

I rented an apartment to stay with my boyfriend 4 days when I arrived to get the key I was super scared, because the place is dirty, dangerous and horrible. When I entered the apartment, I was very disappointed as it didn't have any kind of comfort, it was dirty, smelly. I was forced to rent a hotel for the parts because the apartment was impossible to stay.. When I contacted the owner talking about my unhappiness asking him to return my money, he was very dishonest and rud and did not refund my money for my stay. I didn't stay in the apartment and he ended up taking my money so guys please don't fall into that trap, you're going to be very disappointed in this apartment.

The bed linen was awful had to sleep in clothes, dooor handle loose, cupboards hanging off, the smell of foist was very strong, my employees couldn't stay the 3 nights it was that bad...
