The stay was good.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the winter and this was our first summer time stay. When we first walked in the room felt humid and damp and the floor felt wet to walk on. The window a/c units were on and creating a lot of moisture in the room. It was over 100 degrees outside so turning those off was not an option. We kept them pumping during our entire stay but the room just continued to feel moist the entire time. The room was otherwise comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant. I did ask if a late checkout was possible but was told no, even though I was willing to pay a fee. Not sure I’ll stay here again during the summer months because of the room humidity but otherwise it’s a nice hotel in a good location.

Nice pool Very friendly staff Location is great. Mall, restaurants, attractions for kids all within 1/4 mile of hotel.

Very nice

The room felt and smelled very moist. Our clothes and sheets all had a damp feel to them. We had to turn our AC way down to try and make it comfortable due to the high humidity levels. When we showered there was no ventilation and I noticed the 2nd day that there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Probably will not be returning.

Friendly and helpful

The only issue we had was the sink stopper would not release and we couldn’t drain the sink. But the hotel is clean and convenient to everything we needed.

Overall this place was nice, bed was uncomfortable but that would be my only gripe.

Front desk staff were helpful and check in was very quick. The hallways were very hot, but the rooms were nice and cool. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The front office stay was literally the nicest that I’ve encountered! The room was perfect, advertised appropriately, clean and priced well.

Near to the mall. You do no need a car, it is across the street. Many good restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel and would stay here again!

Everything was wonderful

The room was clean and quiet during our stay. The breakfast was quite good. We paid $110 for the room through Hotels.com which was an exceptional rate. On check in, we were charged an additional $75 for our dog, which is an extremely high fee. The hotel advertises that they are "pet friendly" but the additional fee was exorbitant. Customary pet fees are around $10 - $20, not 68% of the room feel.

Conveniently located, relatively quiet aside from occasional drag race down 71st by motorcycles, but I was on the noisy end of the building. Clean and staff was polite. Desk chair was too short and I'm 6'3. Desk-lite was worthless. It was a good place to sleep for 5 1/2 hrs after a 12 hr drive.

Needed a room for a three night stay in Tulsa. Could not have been happier than this hotel. Very nice and clean and updated interior, friendly staff and pretty area for dining/hanging out. Breakfast was nice.

The room was damp

Staff was super kind and accommodating. GREAT location if you’re on a business trip. Close to a mall and a ton of other places on foot.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hampton Inn and Suites. As advertised, it's just across the street from the mall, located to all kinds of shopping areas, and was comfortable and clean. We were dropping off family at the airport and were able to get there in no time. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. I would recommend one to bring their own pillow as the pillows were not too terribly comfortable and the AC unit was very loud, but those are just minor issues. Overall, it was very nice, clean, and comfortable and we would stay again without hesitation.

The pool was closed... It was 90 degrees out and a swim would have been nice.

This was my first time staying here. It will be where I stay from now on when I am in Tulsa. My room was clean and fresh. The hotel is clean, inside and out and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more than I expected. And I felt safe in the area. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean & the hotel was centrally located to our activities. We will stay here again.

Great stay!

I literally stayed here because of the pictures of the game room which included ping pong. There was no ping pong anywhere on the property. My son was disappointed. Also they tried to charge me for a service animal after I already told them he is a service animal.

Great hotel! And thanks for the EV charging station, every hotel needs one.

Top notch place to stay. Friendly staff, super clean room and property and good breakfast

Hotel was conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet at night which made sleeping easier.

Alex greeted me with a smile and check in took very short time. Room was clean and to our surprise it was very big. The restroom was equipped as for an handicap person so it was enormous. It was easy to graduate the AC and very comfy and clean 2 queen beds. Very good breakfast! The cherry on the cake was that Alex checked on how we were doing sending text. It was a nice experience.
