Good stay. Just for one night. Central location. Close by the upscale mall. Right across the street from Costco. First time in San Ramon and seems to be quite an affluent area

Wasn’t really there long enough to rate it. All and all good place. Bed was just ok. Wish there was a business center.

I had a great stay at Extended Stay America in San Ramon. The location was perfect—right in the middle of San Ramon, close to the freeway for easy access to the Tri-Valley area and other destinations. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were several fast food options nearby, which was convenient. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, I had to check out early due to an emergency, and I chose not to ask for a refund as a courtesy. However, it would be a nice gesture if Extended Stay America could reach out and offer a refund for the day I couldn’t use.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very conveniently located off the 680 freeway and near the Ironhorse bike trail which we used one morning to bike to Walnut Creek. The room was clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was bowls, silverware, etc. which I expected to find in an Extended stay America. These things are available at the front desk if you ask for them, but I assumed they would come in every room

The gentleman with the blond hair who worked the morning of 10/5 and 10/6 was extremely nice, professional, gave us great service and named several restaurants for us to try. He really seems to enjoy his job and is a people person which we really enjoyed. Hope we see him again. One thing I did NOT like was the person over us on the 3rd floor. It was constant stomping back and forth alllllll day and night.

Nothing special about this property! Vending machine not working properly and there’s no closer store to buy water and snacks! Not even a free water bottle! You can easily choke in this facility… never ever comeback in this place!!

Accommodations were spartan. No glasses? Plates? Kleenex boxes? Absurd.
There was no coffee in the room (what was available in the lobby was hideous). "Breakfast" was stale granola bars and semi-frozen muffins. Definitely not what was advertised. Came to this hotel from a Residence Inn in another city- no comparison. Residence Inn was 5 stars across the board. Not this place. Won't stay here again or recommend.

Friendly staff and they trnder to our needs. However we found blood on our sheets in one of the beds. Haven't heard back from management didn't recieve a discount a comp night or future stay discount. Elevators were very slow and always occupied. Got stuck in an elevator for about 3 minutes doors closed no movements. The staff clean in the am so there's workers going up and down the elevators the same time people are starting their days. Breakfast was basic but saved us money. Pool was clean. They have a nice snack bar with bunch of treats and the location is great.

The staff was very unfriendly, and the walls were too thin, and everyone complained about everyone. It was noisy, and the cleaning of the room only happened if you stayed for more than seven nights (no room cleaning and no bed sheet changes). I suggest staying away from this place.

My confidence in Extended Stay was renewed with my stay here. Unlike other Extended Stays in this area, this property was neat and clean and.had been updated. It also felt safe with no sketch factor. Staff was very.helpful and available. I signed up for 4 additional nights after.my first.nights stay. Also, price was very reasonable for this area.

The property was clean and staff was nice. There was some problems trying to get ahold of the property prior to our arrival. The staff also did not mention changes that may occur when we had to change to an ADA room. We booked a King Suite and called to get a ADA room. When arrived at the room it was a Queen bed and the ADA room was the farthest room from the Elevators. When we talked to the staff about this they stated that all the ADA rooms are Queens and they have them the located a the end of the hotel because it is less noisy. My husband is in a wheelchair and this made getting around the hotel a challenge, making it so that he did not want to leave the room. When asked about the price difference for the smaller bed they said that a queen and king beds were the same price but was not reflexed on the website . Overall not a horrible experience, however will not be staying here again anytime soon.

They only had coffee carafes and granola bars, mini packaged muffins, plus instant oatmeal packages in the morning. The first night stay, I woke to lukewarm coffee from the hot water carafe. I filled a cup of hot water for my instant oatmeal they provide, but hot water carafe was like warm, but had to throw oatmeal out as it wouldn't 'cook' the oatmeal.
After my first night, a group of young guests gathered outside in the morning--very loud and somewhat intimidating--looked as if there was a drug sale, or gang activity, only to find they were guests--their cigarette smoke wafting into the front lobby where guests sit. (Only two chairs in lobby for guests to sit for coffee.) Another young woman was very upset, yelling and swearing at someone in a vehicle for 15 minutes. As a senior woman, it was very unsettling. No ice machine, but the woman on duty kindly got me a cup of ice.

The hotel needs to work on the Oder and there cleaning of there rooms. They don’t clean well . The sink in the restroom had mold and the microwave was not clean out aswell has them dusting . There was cobwebs in there window ceils.
