Just north of the historic centre and a 5 minute walk to boulevar de siderias. Also, a grocery store eighth across the street. Separate, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very pleased with this stay.

This place was very clean and comfortable

We were quite surprised at how nice the hotel was. It was incredibly clean. The memory foam bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. (Our Spanish isn't very good yet.) Parking was very tight, but there were plenty of spaces available in their garage. The tiny kitchen was nicely equipped. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to stay there agian.

The apartment was very good value so close to the city centre. There is also a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. The underground car park with direct access to the hotel (11,25€ a day) was very convenient. The windows kept out the traffic noise, but in warmer weather the lack of AC and fans could be a problem.

Good aparthotel close to all commodities

This aparthotel is superb. It is very large, clean, light, and has a bathroom with a bath, TV, a kitchenette (fridge/microwave), and the most comfortable bed and bedding. All boxes ticked and such lovely staff too. It is not in the centre, it is a 15min walk to the bus station, but everything else outweighs this one factor. It was so good to be able to cook and relax and have such a good night’s sleep.

For us this property was convenient for the old and new city centres and within a reasonable walk to the railway station . One thing on the down side a lack of air conditioning .

It was just outside the congested centre, but very close. Bus and train stations are a 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, shops, public transportation nearby. Staff at hotel friendly and helpful.

We wanted an aparthotel for the flexibility it offers. We were delighted with the Campus. It was well situated, within 10 minutes uphill walk to the cathedral and on a local bus route which went to the city centre and bus station. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, apartment very clean and well serviced daily. Good spacious kitchen area well equipped except for kettle but one was provided on request. Lounge area a bit basic but perfectly adequate with table and chairs for 4, settee easy chair, TV. Excellent bedroom and bathroom. Underground parking at hotel or 100 metres away at 9 euro per day. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Oveido City brilliant, a must visit location.

It’s nice that there is a kitchen in the room! This is a great place to stay. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Noisy location only issue.

Good location just outside of the main old city. Easy walk to the main eating street and cathedral. Rooms were a decent size. Good value for money. Would stay again. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking within easy walking distance

It is an apart hotel in hotel standards with lots of amenities. Apart was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. You can find free car park outside if you are lucky. I used hotel's car park. It was 11.25€. You can go city center by walking. We stayed as a family and enjoyed very much.

Great studio apartment style room just 4 blocks from the Oviedo Cathedral. Like a very spacious hotel room but also with a kitchen. Kitchen hardware wasn't brand new, but everything was very clean, and the room and bathroom had new furbishings. A very short walk to bars and the cathedral. Was very impressed with the quality for the price. Breakfast not included.

I had a double sofa bed in the living area, that worked out fine, as there was a separate kitchen and hallway so there was no need for others to traipse through my sleeping area. No AC, somewhat old, but good location

Very happy with the hotel in terms of location, just a short walk to Gascona but close enough to the motorway to get out of The City. The parking garage was handy although always frustrating to have additional expense. It was a nice hotel and the windows were welcome, although there was some traffic noise. Air con would have been preferred. The beds were comfortable but unfortunately the sofa bed was not- this would be the only thing preventing me from returning.

This is perfect if you want a little more space and the option to keep/ make food for yourself. It was an easy walk to the center and nearby parks. The staff was very helpful with our questions and requests.

Located at the edge of the town centre, easy to reach from the motorway coming from the airport, 15 minutes walk from the rail and coach stations. Apartments at the back of the building are quieter than those facing the main road. Wifi is free and works OK. When using facetime I was cut off several times. The rooms are cleaned well daily, but bizarrely the cleaning the cooking facilities is responsibility of the guests. The kitchen does the job but crockery and cutlery needs updating. The light in the microwaves didn't work. The cooking facilities are convinient for guests that cannot follow the meal hours of most of the local restaurants (2pm to 4 pm for lunch and 9pm to 11.30 for super) Pleasent room. Studio size consists os double bed, table, two chairs, kitchen and bathroom, no sofa. Windows are large and can be opened. Comfortable bed and good bedside lighting. Good quality bed linen and towels. Well appointed bathroom. Toiletries provided are very basic. Reception service varies, some very diligent, some in need of customer service training.

The aparthotel is locate in Oviedo entrance, and it's conveniently located, just steps from the "calle de la Sidra', and the cathedral. However, its apartments need a refresh, especially the kitchen, that dark and outdated.

Ideal base for our requirements being a central place to stop for the night.We had an apartment suite with good facilities.

A little on the basic side but the price was right, no real complaints, nice staff, convenient to the old town area.

very well located, warm environment, friendly people

The hotel is conveniently located so that you can easily walk to the university, downtown, shopping, historical area and restaurants. Since we had 3 people, we stayed in a suite with a small kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. All had doors that open and close on a small foyer which has the door to the hotel hallway. The couch was a foldout bed, which was okay but not as comfortable as a regular bed. Rather than 1 bed in the bedroom, it is 2 beds pushed together. They were almost double sized but bigger than a singles. The kitchen had dishes, pots and pans, cook top, microwave and refrigerator. The heat was hard to adjust but after a day, we got it where it was comfortable. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but we didn't use it because we had the kitchen or ate elsewhere. The hotel overlooks a ronda with a fountain, so the traffic can be noisy. Since I travel with earplugs, they solved that problem. The staff was very nice and they have city maps available. There was always a bowl of candy at the front desk. The cost was less than what one might spend on a standard room. A pretty good bang for the buck. It was not posh, but clean, contemporary and well maintained. We would stay there again. Take a look at their photos online. They are true to what is there. We would stay there again.
