Slow elevator and very old building. Parking limited due to student housing behind hotel?

Just needed a place for the night. It was adequate

It's a good place to stay for a overnight trip. It's clean and the people were nice that I saw. They were hard to find at times. I did ask for a wake up call but never got one, so I missed the breakfast. So set your alarm as a backup.

This place is fine if you just need a place to lay your head overnight but otherwise I wouldn’t stay here again. As soon as we walked into our room it felt super damp and had a weird smell. Overall the room was pretty dingy and I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay.

The room was clean, the staff was super nice, the pool looked good, fitness room, decent free breakfast, free parking and all for a very reasonable price!

Place was good! Only complaint would be the carpet in the hall on 2nd needs replacing. Staff was excellent, beds and room were very clean and front guy at check in was fabulous!

Lighting from another area kept me up, the curtins didn't close. Toilet ran all night. Towels were dirty. Bad experience, won't be back.

My stay was good, except for the bathroom in my room that didn't have a counter in the sink. That was a little frustrating.

Checking in wasn’t the easiest. It was a pain to find my reservation. When getting to the room, the sofa bed was so thin and terrible it was comparable to cardboard. I wouldn’t put my own mother in law on it because it was so bad. The floor ended up being more comfy for my kids than the sofa bed. The tub didn’t drain well and the room smelled like wet towels.

Front desk staff were awesome, friendly & knowledgeable! Breakfast worker could've been much nicer when asked for help to refill the milk for us. Convenient to UVU which we appreciated. Parking was a little tight but doable. Thank you!

Broken closet door was propped up in room and fell several times. There was an overwhelming scent of cleaner in the breakfast area.

Great place! Location right across the road from UVU. Very clean, very friendly, great amenities. Good breakfast. Over all very very good.

Was okay. Room wasn’t very clean. Lots of hair in the bathroom on the walls when we checked in.

The room smelled like animal urine. They offered us some spray to mask the scent but were unable to assign another room due to being at maximum capacity.

The blankets were clean but had rips and stains on them. You could tell they knew the rips and stains were there bc they had purposely flipped them over and had them towards the bottom of the bed. I didn't notice until our second night here. Pool and surrounding area was in desperate need of pressure washing. We didn't use the shower or tub but it was dirty when we arrived. Wallpaper was peeling in places as well. Charging more than $50 a night for this place was crazy and the audacity to charge nightly pet fees was even more wild given the condition of the property. When I went to return my keys, the lady behind the desk was more interested in answering her personal phone than finishing up with me, so much so that she trailed off mid-sentence "Have a good....". Also, breakfast wasn't super empressive. They had kids trix yogurt, some eggs and overcooked sausages. It was the same thing every day. Wouldn't book here again.

We had a nice stay. The room was updated and clean. Breakfast buffet was a typical one but I enjoyed oatmeal, waffles, and a banana. I went down to four stars for the overall property because pool and hot tub really need a new plaster job. I would stay there again

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. And the cost was great! I was halfway through a 20 hr road trip. I slept great and was in good shape for the second keg!
