Super clean room and bathroom. Linens looked new and everything was in great condition. Quiet place and the doors didn’t slam shut making noise. I loved that.
I believes the rooms were recently renovated and the only negative thing I can say is the person putting in the bathroom faucet missed and placed the faucet maybe a good 2 or 3 inches too far from the bowl so when you turned on the water the stream of water was maybe 1/2 inch from the edge of the sink, so water kept poring on the counter top and we had to wipe it up constantly. But since cleanliness is so important I would love to stay there again.

NO ELEVATOR. Be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. NO HOT WATER. Prepare for Luke warm water. Also did not give me my Gold status items.

Very nice hotel just not as friendly and comfortable as other Hilton properties. Breakfast was lacking a bit. When asked where potatoes were that were pictured, she said she doesn’t fix them everyday. Morning desk person wasn’t particularly friendly. Beds were ok- bathroom was well stocked and clean… my request for 1st floor was honored and convenient to lobby and parking.

Everything was nice, need to invest on new exhaust fan for the bathrooms it makes so much noise, my room I could not used it because I can’t even think, it so loud is scary.
I could hear everyone fan when they used their exhaust fan in their bathrooms.
I am sure someone already complained about this, but if this be taken care , we will be back 🙏👍

Stayed here because it was close to Legoland and we enjoyed the stay. Rooms was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is there was no microwave in the room.

My room was on the 2nd floor next to the Elevator. The connecting room sounds like it's inside my room. The people next door drunk and fighting all night. The front desk came and knocked on the door the guy yelled at her and told her to leave. We did not sleep at all that night from all of this. They finally went to sleep at 4:30 am.

We stayed here to go to Legoland and it was a good choice. The only amenity missing from the room was a microwave but other than that the staff are nice and friendly, a good selection for the breakfast, and clean rooms.

Beautiful new hotel. Air could have been a little colder even though we dis turn it down. Overall stay was great. Will use this hotel again. One request - sausage gravy and biscuits on the breakfast bar!

Front desk accommodated me checking in early and out late- I really appreciated this. Also during breakfast a nice man helped me with my tray- was very kind. Overall staff was very nice and kind.

Only issue was I did check on Hotel.com to pay at property. we were driving and would arrive late but the Hampton Inn property called and stated there was an issue with my payment card. Why would that be if I checked to pay at property which stated you were not charged. Anyway we used any another payment and we were charged while driving to Winter Haven.

We were given a room on the first floor to open the shades we were subjection to a popular sidewalk, sunshine was impossible!
Conditioner in shower was empty, which was only recognized while sopping wet, not happy!
Our room was opposite an active and noisy elevator bank. In order to sleep in this completely noisy environment we had to leave both the bathroom fan and the LOUD ac fan on all night.
