the hotel is ok but the area around there is full of homeless people. It feels very unsafe in the parking lot going from your car to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel is also showing some age.

Do not stay at this property. I woke up with a cockroach on my face that was the 5 inches long! The little black dots are the poop or blood from when I swatted it off my face. Went to the front desk with bug in tow and they said I would have to contact the manager to get a refund. I called the number provided and it went to VM and I couldn't leave a message because the VM was full. That pretty much summed it up. Scary place!

Needs updating. True lack of USB charging in the room. We only had 1. Front desk staff was very nice and offered to help if we needed anything. Close yo the airport and has a shuttle if needed.

Phone broken, leaky bath tub, closet door broken. 2 bottles of water $13.00….

Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.

Liked the messages to see how stay was going.
Not waiting to ask after stay was over. Had problem with room being too cold…. Immediate response on how to remedy. Breakfast was great would stay again. Did I forget to mention …free melatonin samples! and the cucumber, lemon and strawberry water! Definitely refreshing!

The room had a musty smell. There was also no bar or restaurant. We booked this hotel because they had an airport shuttle but when we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel and was told the shuttle only operated from 4PM tom1AM, so we had to take an Uber! Very disappointing! Then when we got to the hotel, they had lost our reservation! One problem after another!!

Great front desk person at our late night check in.
The only complaint we have is that the floor is very slippery by the bathroom. My husbands balance is not great and he slipped on the floor twice. Thankfully didn’t fall.

The room I had is listed as handicap accessible. I'm not sure exactly what that means. A wheelchair could enter into the room, but the toilet did not have handrails to assist transfer, nor did the tub have handrails to step into it. Also not sure if a bathtub is a handicap accessible item. So just surprised with the lower toilet and no handrails and the bath tub.l , no

We arrived in the wee hours of a Saturday morning. We had had to book last minute. It took a few minutes to gain access to the property after hours and the night clerk was helpful in getting our reservation sorted out and getting us into our rooms.

Shuttle driver, Raul, was super helpful and prompt. He even zipped us over to the hotel instead of waiting for some people held up at baggage claim and came back when they were ready. He even made our rez for the shuttle.

I liked the water always available in the lobby. Friendly staff and easy assesible parking. Close to airport.
Bad thing was there is mold in the bathroom, mosts prominantly above the shower but a significant amount.

Good basic hotel, needs some upgrades. several items in the hotel were in need of repairs including 2 charging sockets that had USB plus 120AC outlets. Both of them were basically falling apart and unusable for USB and barely useable for AC power. Also the bathroom had only Large bath towels No wash clothes or hand towels. Wall lamps were loose and slightly tilted. Overall needs some work.

We arrived at 2:30 am. We had called ahead 3 times to tell them of our very late arrival & request late check out. Unfortunately when we arrived the doors were locked & no one answered the intercom, knocking or repeated phone calls. Our taxi driver helped us find another hotel. We called in the morning & were told we would not be charged.

We routinely stay at this location when in Austin & are usually quite satisfied with our stay. This was the first time we were told there were no wash cloths. And they ran out of the regular coffee packets for the rooms. The staff was pleasant but they can’t do their job effectively without the proper tools.

There was water in the lobby. The front desk clerk gave us free milk for our baby. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. You really couldn’t ask for anything more in a hotel experience especially at that price point. Would absolutely book again!

Booked a room, but when I arrrived they told me there were no rooms available. So I had to find somewhere else to stay. They Charged me for a stay anyway…. Horrible service, thieves, and they over charged other people $900 for “incidental….

I was in town for one night for a concert and the hotel was easy to find, room was comfortable, and my stay although short was very pleasant! Great morning breakfast and helpful staff at check in. Loved the tall ceiling in my room, great hot water and water pressure, clean and cozy.
