We were here for a conference during the weekend. I stayed in the hotel. I was told that I couldn’t bring in outside food in the food area on Saturday night. They didn’t have enough staff on hand to handle all the food orders. I chose to order food outside and eat it at the hotel. I don’t think I should be forced to eat in my room if I’m staying here. Staff was not attentive.

Excellent hotel really well maintained and looked after. Spotlessly clean except the hallway could have used a vacuum. The room beds and pillows were super comfortable and very well furnished. Bathroom super clean with nice Dove toiletries. Breakfast was good although the portion was very small but otherwise good. We purchased the vouchers at booking. Several restaurant’s close by and about 3.5 miles into downtown which we did.
Have stayed at this hotel before and would stay again. Highly recommended

I’ve always stayed here for work and the rooms have been so nice. But this time the room smelled not so clean. And if they tried using bleach to cover it up.

The hotel itself is excellent. Very clean and modern. The area it is located was a little sketchy. I did not feel safe walking out in the parking lot at night. Not the hotel's fault.

Woman at front desk had nothing to say ( no greeting) and doesn’t seems to know the area.
We bought breakfast for two. Only one person was working he took orders and cook the food. The line was long and we had to wait 45 minutes for the food!!!

It was excellent and clean my grand children came over and swam for a little bit and they enjoyed the pool and how clean everything was. Thank you so much.

Average accommodations, food service was inconsistent on when it was open or not. Luckily there were other dining options nearby.

Checked-In later than we anticipated after a long day in traffic (around midnight) and we allow our six year old to use the key to open the door since she is so excited for “vacation.” When she opens the door and walks in, an adult man is already in the room. Our concern is addressed with “I don’t know how this happened, here is a different room.” With no remorse for the experience our family or the other guest was just out through. Hotels.com staff tried to address our concern but the hotel manager wouldn’t be available until the next morning, and wasn’t available as expressed due to a “call.” Would not advise staying here if you value safety for yourself or your family, or expect anyone from this location to take accountability.

All was going great until the hotel house keepimg walked in on me 2x being exposed. She did not knock neither time.
I alerted the front desk and they did nothing neither time. Had to call corporate to bring this matter to their attention. The matter would have been better if the management would have spoken to me and house keeping employee. Im so embarrassed from this ordeal
