Enjoyed the closeness to the places we wanted to see.

At 2:30am there was loud popping and bubbling noises from the bathroom. After 30 mins, went to check and there was soap bubbles coming up from the toilet and bathroom drain to fill the whole floor. Had to go to the front desk at 3am to get towels to cover the entire bathroom

Outdated and has a weird smell. Refrigerator had yellow stains on it. Graffiti and tagging thru out hotel. Only one elevator in service. No airplane sounds.

Very dirty. Hallway carpets full of large stains smelled like urine. Clumps of dog hair visible in vestibule. Oily floors in room. Paint chipping of walls. Is in major need of a cleaning job and new carpets in hallway. Either mngr never goes there or he just ignores these things.

We go in later and when we got to the room there was no coffee make for the morning or shampoo and conditioner. There was signs say if we wanted these item we needed to ask the fro t desk. Too tired to make another trip down stairs. No wall decor so it felt very unwelcoming. I guess I am used to better Accommodations.

The room was well equipped and I liked that they spoke to me on the phone asking if everything was okay.

There were a lot of bugs in my room and smell like pee , it was the worst experience

The price was right. I liked the kitchenette with the second sink. The first day the bathroom sink didn't drain. The did come and fix it. The toilet was a water saver ... too bad you had to flush it twice to get any TP to go down. Hallway smelled, but room wasn't bad.

The night stay was a nightmare! Where do I start??! Pillows were hard as a rock my scalp was suffering, bed linens were so rough like sand paper there was no trash in the bathroom and pillow cover had some dark spots on it.

Bad: The free "breakfast" consisted of two pots of coffee and one of hot water, and instant oatmeal packets. I'm not a breakfast fan so it didn't bother me. The only place within walking distance for anything is a Carl's Jr. there was a sink and fridge, but nothing else in the kitchen: no utensils, plates, bowls, pots or pans. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Very outdated, and kind of weird, like there were no doors on the "closet", just racks on the wall. GOOD: I still gave them 4 stars and would stay there again, because you get what you pay for. The price was right, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The elevator worked and was fast. The rooms weren't pretty, but I'd say they were roomy. The parking lot is big and there were always spaces available even though they were pretty full. I felt completely safe. And, it was not some $350/night hotel with all the bells and whistles I don't use, and the $20 glasses of wine and $50 breakfasts. In summary, you get what you pay for and I would absolutely stay here again.

Maintenance was not available on the weekend to fix the noisy air conditioning-

Thinking Newport Beach, I thought it would be upscale. Older entrance and lobby. One elevator worked and the smell of marijuana hit me as soon as I exited the elevator. Room was older and outdated. Was told it was just cleaned, bathroom was HORRIBLE. Shower water dripped all night, pink spots everywhere (probably nail polish), carpet horrible-was not vacuumed. No blanket for the bed, upstairs neighbors walked so hard, sound like they would be joining me soon. Key card wasn’t working, had it replaced and then spent 5 min trying to get in. The entire experience made me think of a hotel in Santa Ana. Some of the other guests were pleasant and the front desk receptionist was also friendly - other than that…some appearances did not match the name or location. Would I stay there again? Absolutely NOT!

There is no room service and no change of sheets even when we stayed for 4 days.

It was nice

The staff was great. There have been two Extended Stay hotels I have stayed at and they both smell funky as if the hall carpets needed to be cleaned. There’s also a constant smell of marjiuana in the air. The muffins need to be handed out due to the glutinous patrons taking handfuls.

The staff is great, but the smell of cigarettes is really bad. We left the location and I could still smell the cigarettes. It is nice because it has little kitchen and little stove that you can cook on. The bathroom was nice too but theres molds by the sink. There was also a stain in the mattress that you can see through in the cover. Towels are still dirty, you can see the yellow stain and some other stains. Carpets and drawers looks so old and really dirty. It doesnt feel a vacation because the smell of cigarettes stuck in my nose and got me a really bad headache. The rooms needs an upgrade and maybe clean a little bit more.

There were gnats flying all over the place. There was dirt, dust, trash, old water bottles under the bed.

The room was dirty, there was trash under sink stinky and the counter was stain. Went to front desk to ask them to clean room or discount the price. The only thing they did was cancelled our reservation and a refund because they had nobody to clean room. This was on memorial weekend. This was very upsetting to us. We have used Expedia several time but this one experience was horrible.

The room was clean. I wish there were usb charging ports to be able to charge devices.
