Staff was excellent, polite, and very helpful. Hotel was spot on.

This place for the price stands out above the rest.

But there is convenient shopping and dining and major thoroughfare access

The area was quiet but the rooms could be updated tv didn’t work properly with direct tv but stay was okay for overnight.

The rooms were extremely hot. They knocked on the door at 11pm saying they needed to do “Maintenance”. Did not feel safe at all. We didn’t stay there, we left and went to the Holiday Inn and had a much better experience. Would not recommend at all!

I reserved two rooms with double beds on the first floor. Upon check in we were given two rooms on the second floor. My room smelled of cat piss and made me nauseous as soon as I walked in. I requested my room be changed. Clerk had a bad attitude and was on the rude side as insisted upon the change. Second room didn’t smell as bad. Both rooms were out dated for sure. Couches in all three rooms looked like they were pulled out of a dumpster. There carpets were disgusting and looked as if they were never cleaned. Kids took off shoes and within 5 minutes of Running around there feet were black. There was a used car of soap in the shower. Pool was filthy and closed temp was in the 90s today The surrounding area was very sketchy. Hotel smelled of cat piss and marijuana. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with such a run down nasty hotel.

There were lots of stores in the area.

The cost of the rooms

Not great. I paid for the rooms via hotels.com. Then I found out when I called that the pool is no longer open. When I got there, I found out there’s a $50 per room deposit that wasn’t previously mentioned. They said it would be refunded the day I checked out. It wasn’t very clean. There were crumbs on the floor. The breakfast bar was disgusting. Inedible. Something in my room kept making a loud noise periodically all night!! It’s like when the air conditioning would turn off periodically, the whole room would make a loud noise. Loud enough to wake me up. Also one of my lamps didn’t have a lightbulb. When I checked out, a different worker said it could take 3-5 business days for the deposit to come back on my card. However, within minutes, the deposit was refunded.

Should be a budget $25/night hotel.

Everything was nice and clean the staff was wonderful me and my boys enjoyed our stay and will go again just to get away from the house !!

The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Every thing was good except the highway noise if you stay hear get a room away from freeway They also wanted $30 Dollars to check in an Hour Early, the room was already clean and empty that is just greed and bad business. .

Just what I needed.

Room had trash on the floor under beds, nightstands etc. Half of the lamps in the room were unplugged or did not work. Noise was crazy walls were thin so you heard neighbors in the hallways slamming doors and talking as well as outside traffic. Staff rushed to get me out of the room at checkout.

I never got to stay because of your policy of a 3pm check in. I arrived at 2-3 am and was going to leave before check out. Was looking for just a few hours of sleep but ended up putting myself at risk by sleeping in my car. Hotels.com was of no help and I lost my money.

This is the worst property to ever stay at. My bed had hair and bloodstains in it. The guy at the desk was very nonchalant and rude. I will never stay here again

Amazing mattress. I want that at my house! Very quiet and peaceful.

Great for a quick staycation

Hotel overall smelled stuffy. My sink was broken but housekeeping fixed quickly with no more issues. Overalll, stay was fine.

Checkin was okay. I used a debit card that I don't use and found charges from a Micosoft co that I have never done business with. Be care, the workers are like the scammers you see on the internet. So now I have to watch my bank account.

I love it I will stay again

Traveling through the area and needed a quick stop for the night with our family. But check in was quick and no issues. Upon entering our floor there was a terribly strong odor something chemical. Then when we entered the room the smell was there a little but more stale than anything. The sheets had stains on them and the pillow cases. So we stripped those off. The shower would not drain and the tv was twisted and we could not straighten it out. The remote hardly worked and we just turned it off. We had left to go get food, when we returned there was some commotion in the lobby with some guests and the clerk. My husband went back down to the car after a few minutes as we forgot something and when he came back in there were two cops and had the guest in handcuffs against the wall. All in all not what we expected for the price we paid and would not recommend for a family to stay here.

Clean and it had everything we needed

No light bulb

It was dirty, no real breakfast, no juice, no plugs for the bathtub or sink. The hallways was so hot and you had to stand in front of the tv to make it work.

The manager was extremely rude! Wouldn’t allow me to check in because I booked online

Not the cleanest

Room was clean. Mattress was stained and old. Pillows were worn out. Furniture was stained and worn.

Very clean and super sweet staff

Middle of July checked in around 10pm, AC was not on, room was hot and had a musty smell.
