Rubbish first impression to get in the room and there’s bottle of water right next to the bed… and a price tag on it. Best check they’re not going to charge me for shower water or provision of clean air.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Santo in Cologne! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable, clean, and modern, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and quality of service. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

A well located hotel just a 10 minute walk from the main train station. My single room was very small but comfortable despite a slightly noisy air conditioning system. Reception staff were very friendly. Good breakfast.

Delightful hotel. Minimalistic but with all comforts. Clean ,lovely staff, very good breakfast, short walk to Dom. Near to restaurants locally.

This hotel was conveniently located near the train station and all the sites but was quiet and safe. There were several lovely restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet with many options.

Quiet and clean hotel. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Close enough to the train station to easily get there, far enough to be away from annoying elements. My only issue was that I kept hitting my arm against the wall at night when turning because the single bed was placed along the wall XD

We went there for a long weekend with friends and it was great. The hotel is very clean, they follow all safety measures, friendly staff and most important the breakfast is fabulous (that’s my fav thing about the hotel). It’s 10min walk to the main attractions. Thank you!

It was small and clean property to stay. There was not much amenities to use, but the location was close to all cologne site-seeing places. Only complain about my room was hot water in shower wouldn't get so hot (in comparison to the hot water from the sink). Breakfast was good too.
