Cool. No complaints for what you pay last minute. But always ease of check in n courtesy. Forgot my idea but bc I stayed before easy for clerk to try to help check in from previous renting. Thank God he was patient and understanding made me feel ease to know I wasn’t turned away. Plus my room was great not bad at all

Room was definitely not cleaned. When requesting a change of room staff said there were no more available rooms. Shower had alot of mildew. Towel rack was broken.

It was terrible only good thing is the fact that it is near from Levi’s Stadium, but the rest is horible, no service at all, TV wasn’t working, no cup or glass to drink water, no shampoo and nobody at the reception to help us at any moment. The worst of it they says breakfast included, it’s a trap… only bad coffee and mediocre muffins, that’s not what I call a breakfast included ! Don’t spend money there go elsewhere

Very close to Levi Stadium. Definitely needs a face lift, but reasonably priced and felt safe. We got in around 9 pm and front desk lady was really nice.

Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 6pm and room wasn’t ready. Im sure the guy working reservation was also cleaning rooms. He kept disappearing for a long time. We almost missed our appointment we had at 7pm. Terrible hotel. Never again.

It's nothing fancy or over the top but it got the job done. My buddy and I simply needed a stay to sleep and shower. Rooms need some remodeling but have a cozy feel.

We arrived to a darkened reception area with not a bell or button in sight to summon staff. After wandering around and yelling "Hello" for a few minutes, a young man appeared and checked us in. He was fine - not much customer service about him though. Wasn't sure if there was a room and/or if room was ready at our 5:30pm arrival. He found a room, but I bet it's a "last resort" one, not used often. Clean enough, but thermostat didn't work to keep fan or AC on and it was a hot evening. We did not find out about this until after we returned from our event and then it was too late to change rooms - was offered another but we declined due to late hour and our stuff was already unpacked. If it's a known thing that AC does not work then don't use that room, is all I'm saying.

The rooms are super old and dirty. The sink area had not been wiped and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Would not recommend!

When we initially got to the room there were no towels. We asked the front desk and they were so rude about it as if we were not being honest about not having towels to shower with or dry off with. Customer service was not good at all. The woman was very friendly but the two men were very rude and disengaged.

For the amount of this room I expected much more. I could have stayed at a hotel for 109 per night and had the same experience. But I laid double that plus some. There was no cups there was no ice machine there was flat pillows and there was a small tv. Will not stay here again. Staff was nice.

There were trash and used condoms in the room. Stayed one night as we were with the kids and checked in very late night. And next day returned the room. Management agreed to refund, not sure if the fund would be paid as they promised because didn’t receive any confirmation nor written confirmation.

DO NOT STAY HERE. When checking in, they said I had two reservations when I only had one. I called Expedia who said I only have one. Then they charged me for both after leaving. When checking in they gave me a card for a dirty room that had not been cleaned. When going back to the front desk, no apology and they gave me a new room that was ALSO DIRTY. I will never stay here again this was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

Room was ok, not much in room, only basics. No shampoo, no cups, no ice in hotel.

The pictures are completely deceiving. The rooms are old. The amenities are old. The staff was very nice and kind. They allowed us for an early check in. We had to switch the room because the smoke detector kept beeping and the thermostat was out of battery. The front desk lady immediately offered to switch our room.

Very loud neighbors in adjacent rooms. Sleeping was difficult. A customer was accusing the safe of entering his room at 1am without his permission.

I booked non-smoking but I got assigned the other way. Very poorly equipped and bedding had this after sweat smell.

Properly was dirty .room was dirty , there was dried up vomit inside AC unit on wall and room smelled so bad . Trash hidden under beds and under AC unit . Refrigerator was dirty it was just so nasty I told staff and staff just said ok and did nothing about it !

I have never felt so uncomfortable! Checked in and the clerk said “wait here I need to make sure there are no surprises in there,” and ran and checked our room. We went to the room and there was hair in the bathtub, empty toilet paper roll in the garbage can and a lubed up handprint on the headboard. I will never ever stay there again. It was disgusting!!!

I received a request again because they gave me a handicap room that was different from what I had booked, but this is very wrong. Please make sure that the person who made the reservation accurately and kindly makes the reservation.
