The exterior is freshly painted. The pool and jacuzzi are top-notch. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable. The bed is comfy. The bathrooms clean . I like the shampoo, conditioner and lotion set-up. Very eco-friendly. The furniture and carpet are very old. It’s close to the Disney parks.

Upon arrival we found out it was a timeshare vacation property. In order to receive our parking pass we had to visit the business office where they attempted to sell.There is no park shuttle and the Restaurant is only open limited hours from Wednesday to Sunday. There is no continental breakfast as seen in pictures. Did not use any resort services which you are charged an extra $30 daily as we were doing Epcot. They did offer a variety of activities if you are staying during the day. Upon checking out I was not greeted upon arrival and not asked how our stay was.

Pool and hot tub are excellent. Rooms are like a house with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, full kirchen, laundry etc. Most spacious place to stay for the money & convenient to the parks & highway.

Our stay was excellent with the exception of just a couple things. The resort grounds were clean and well kept. The parking was sufficient. The condo was extremely comfortable and large enough to feel like home for a long stay. Now for the bad. When we arrived they were very aggressive and long-winded about their timeshare meeting that they wanted us to attend. This was a big turnoff for me, especially since we arrived late with two young children that we needed to get in bed. Also, even though the condo appeared to be adequately cleaned, we found a silverfish in our room. Unfortunately because silverfish can infest your home, we were forced to carefully go through all of our bags and belongings when we arrived home to make sure we didn't bring any home with us. Overall we had a really good stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be as close to the Disney parks as possible, with the value of staying off site.

Second stay! Love staying here. Perfect for traveling with teens to any of the parks. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so those teenage girls have a place to get ready!!!

Check in was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including the security guard.
Beds, couch and chair were a bit hard and uncomfortable. The freezer wasn't cold enough to keep the ice frozen and we couldn't figure out how to change the temperature. Good location for visiting mouse parks. Overall a nice place to stay.

They we're Awesome. Overseeded my expectations. Clean friendly very attentive to guests. 5 Stars on everything. My microwave broke in the room they brought me one within 15 min which I didn't expect because we were in the middle of hurricane Milton and they still brought it to the room.

Good value because it is comfortable beds, Nice pool area, good size apt - but very Old and not kept in good conditions. Shelfes in the kitchencabinets were broken and just a very Old smell and feeling to the place.

Great customer service. Early check in. Didn't charge extra for parking. Nice spacious condo with pool and activities. 15 minutes drive from Disney World.

Room size was amazing definitely one of the upgraded suites! Highly annoyed that we specified the age of our child when booking and still received a room on the 3rd floor!! :( Declined “presentation” and was still called next day asking to attend, and if “gift” was mentioned….declined offer again over the phone. They do not offer housekeeping during stay. And $200 deposit required upon check in on top of resort fees.

This is a great spot to sleep if you are planning a Disney trip. We had 2 nights here as we went to a day at the parks before a cruise. It was super quick to get to Epcot and Disney Springs. 4 Adults stayed in the room comfortably. We didn't use the pool but it was nice they had one. We did appreciate the washer and dryer as after we got rained on all day we could wash our clothes fast and be ready to board our ship the next day. The decor is dated, but we didn't mind as it was clean and comfortable.

The resort is in a good location. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The unit was of a good size but it is looking very tiered and is in need of an upgrade!
However, you get what you pay for and the cost was very competitive so I would say it is good value for a few nights.

I stay here anytime I'm inbthe area. 2 bedrooms,fully equipped kitchen including washer dryer. They even supply you with kitchen towel and washing up liquid. Nice pool area and tiki bar. Lots of restaurants close by. For what you pay you won't get better in the Kissimmee area. So what's not to like?

I've stayed at the property multiple times over the past couple years both with family and solo. The space is phenomenal! The insuite washer & dryer mean one can pack more efficiently leaving more luggage space to shop!! The full kitchen is great for those days when you want to just chill "at home" or avoid the torrential downpour happening outside.
Walmart, Target, gas stations, fast food and other restaurants are all within a very short drive. Disney Parks average a 10 min drive.
The one downfall this time was the smell...you don't notice it so much when you are in the space but when you leave it all soft surface items (clothes, suitcase, blankets, pool towels) smelled strongly of mildew. Maybe odor eaters in the room? I had to run all clothes through the laundry twice to get the smell out and the suitcases were sprayed and left in the garage to air out.
But other than that a great stay as always!

Stayed here for a week really had a great time. Me and wife enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It really is a nice place if you plan on doing Disney trips very fast drive. Plenty of space in the rooms. Only wish they had more dining options

The suite was exceptional. Room C205 had a pool view and very close to the pool. The suite was very spacious and clean. All appliances were in good working order. Toilets were a bit of an issue to flush sometimes. Staff were very receptive and helpful. Communication via text messages were instant.

While the rooms were quite large and generally in good repair, we could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms and above and below us. The security guard was initially quite unfriendly but did lighten up later. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures. The restaurant, bar, pool, and all activities are only open when it is sunny and no lightning anywhere around. The restaurant and bar is not open every day of the week either so fend for yourself there. They also used my cell phone number to call and solicit me while I was there for time shares on the property. I felt that was very inappropriate.
