The surrounding of the hotel is very convenient with restaurants, liquor, stores, gas station, etc. The room I stay was ok with cleanliness

Property is ok, cleanliness is hard to judge cuase rooms are old and in disrepair. A bit noisey sometimes. But ok for cost and short stay

There was red stains in the carpet , the beds were not really comfortable they made a lot of noise

Many transients at front of property. Area feels unsafe. We were scared our car would be broken into. Room furniture is broken and dirty. House keeping started to play music loudly at 9am while cleaning surrounding rooms. Check out isn’t until 11am we were trying to sleep in. Pool and jacuzzi were out of order. Not to mention the domestic violence abuse happening between a couple on property. Fight started upstairs and continued in the parking lot.

This place was pretty bad. Once I got there and seen the place, I tried to get a refund. But the front desk Would not give me a refund. She was actually very rude.

I got there at 1230 am. Took a shower and went to sleep. I woke at 3 am to get some water and roaches were crawling everywhere. I call the front desk to ask for a different room but the rooms were booked up. So I slept with the lights on and all of my luggage zipped up and tapped so I didn’t bring any home with me. My girlfriend left and drove two hrs back to LA but I had to stay for a job

I had to ask for new towels everyday and they didnt clean our room not once in a weeks stay. I had to empty my own trash no vending machines. Could not swim due to health hazards. I paid to much a day for little of nothing

Basic hotel near E Street Transit center

Hotel was cheap but needed upgrade of facilities and needs basic maintenance. Homeless hanging around the front made it look like skid row. Room was spacious and bed and linen appeared clean. Parking was spacious but I noted at least one abandoned car in the parking lot. Seems like they made a deal w/government agency to house long term Biden voters.

Got to our room, first thing I see is a nasty white stain on the comforter. floor was dirty.. just disgusting! Will not be returning for sure!

Stay away! Rooms are so outdated.Looks like a rundown property. Flooring buckling, poor lighting. AC not cold enough. Flimsy coffee maker doesn't work! Area doesn't look safe at all
