The staff was great and the online check in and out make things very efficient. The bed was horrible uncomfortable, lumpy and way too soft.

The rooms are quite comfortable. Restaurant and sports bar is great. The only 2 downfalls are: out of 5 floors there was only 1 ice machine working. On the ground floor. And there in No pool/hot tub.

Excellent value and room comfortable, clean and well maintained. Exercise equipment worked great.

Clean and quiet accomodations.

This place has a great restaurant and lounge which is open late. The Hotel has parking availability and shuttle service and is one of the closest hotels to the Airport

Service was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I was disappointed in was no breakfast available if you have to leave early for flights or anything else.

Public washrooms were not maintained frequently enough. 2/4 toilets missing toilet paper and were unflushed. We noticed Room service did not replace towels or perhaps did not clean at all. Check in and check out staff could be more welcoming and knowledgeable. Morning staff were pleasant in contrast. The room was satisfactory but we were not able to use the amenities due to the hours, and for what we paid we have experienced MUCH better in other hotels on this trip at the same price point.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Rooms are always clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Friendly front desk even during late check in, called multiple times about hotel transfers and she was readily helpful. Room is adequate and clean.

The room was clean and spacious. I like the shiny wood floor. We arrived at 2:55 pm after a very long flight and the staff didnt let us check in. She asked us to sit and wait. We waited 15 mins before she finally accomodated us. We were so tired and hungry and just wanted our room to rest :(

Overall the experience was not terrible, the hotel was very modern and generally clean, but dirty in areas, the staff were very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the following. 1) the hallway was leaking, bad, due to a rain storm, which isn't anyone fault, but there was a ton of water on the floor in the hall we had to walk through to get to our room. 2) our AC broke in the middle of the night, again nobodies fault, and the staff were very accomodating and quick to come look it and get us another room, but 3) when we finally got our room there was dog food left on the floor from the last guest and a pizza box and 2L left in the fridge. 4) generally the hotel area was kept clean, but by the back exit near our room there were misc papers and leaves scattered all over the entrance way and garbage outside, but the staff were outside cleaning it up at one point. Overall the staff were great and helpful and the rooms were cozy and modern, but they really need to work on some of the general house keeping.

They were so busy when we arrived but the ladies still did their best to get us checked in quickly. The room was so clean. The Flight Deck Lounge had good food and good vibes.

The in room telephone system does not allow you to use the "speed dial" buttons for the front desk or room service! You must dial "0" for the front desk then ask for the number for the bar to order food. The restaurant hours are not posted.

Coffee pot was broken. The shampoo and conditioner are in bottles with a shape that makes them hard to use.

They provided shuttle to the airport

It took the front desk 40 minutes to checkout and print me a receipt.

We stayed two nights at this property in August 2024. Upon arrival, our smoke detector was beeping their solution was to remove it and not replace it, not sure if that was safe. Front desk seemed very overwhelmed and flustered when asked simple questions. For basic necessities such as a microwave you have to request it in advance, which is not told to you. The carpet in hallways was inexplicably wet at all times, leaving a trail of footprints when entering our room (it was not wet or raining outside). The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, however getting to the room was an exercise in patience. You need specific elevators for specific floors and the whole thing just seemed odd. Just seemed poorly run and supervised during our stay.

Nice and clean

Noisy, short staffed outdoors didn’t open at 949 pm with cars is very long walk around facility if can’t park by a closer room entrance. 35 minutes checking in one staff member others were coming back saying room given was dirty!

Check in was unbelievably slow. There seemed to be an issue with the computer and only one poor person on shift to check in several guests. Took about an hour. Room was clean. Limited amenities. If you're just staying to catch a flight the next day, then it's okay.

The restaurant didn’t have enough staff for breakfast waited a long time we got up and left

Very annoying when you book a pet friendly room that at check in I was not given a pet friendly room or charged for one. I was settled in to a room when I got a call asking if I had pets and needed to move to another room. Could this not have been asked at check in? I booked it as such. Not good service!
