We had a great stay. Would definitely book there again.

I didn't expect much from this Hilton. Just a clean room, a comfy bed and things that worked.
When I got there the bathtub had hair in it indicating it had not been cleaned. There was a kitchenette but the coffee maker had not pot. The bed was fine but not what I would consider comfortable and there was a stain on one of the pillow cases.
Also, the climate control didn't really seem to work but the temperature was comfortable enough to deal with it.
The TV had some crappy Google OS and it was very slow and the channel guide didn't align with the channels which was just annoying. A detail that to me should be simple to take care of.
All in all, I would call this par for the course since 2020. Average hotels that are understaffed and cleaning crews that cut corners so they don't have to work too hard.
While I would recommend staying here just keep your expectations on the low end.

No restaurant but a snack bar which was not convenient.
Restaurants were a good walk away and of course only in hotels where we had to walk through a Smokey casino.
The heat in my room did not work when I programmed it in Celsius which I found rather funny but even after the man who came to fix my problem by switching to the other heating system it would not go above 80 .
The safe did not work when I got there but someone came up and replaced 4 batteries and it worked for a day .
Another call to the desk and someone came and slammed the safe door and lo and behold the safe lights came on.
So for the remaining 4 days of my stay I had to be careful with how I closed the door of the safe so that it would work.
I think there is a short in the safe .the lighting in my room was really poor.
The reception staff were very nice which were the highlife to my stay at your hotel.

No hot water in room. Was told boiler was out to let water run 15 minutes (in the desert) we did no hot water. Offered to send technician. It was late so we just went to bed They moved us next day when we requested. Next room had hot water. Both rooms had water damage on bathroom door due to shower leaking. Small bathroom. Staff was great. Wont stay here agai.

The parking lot was off limits and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs in a separate parking garage. There was no hot water in the shower and the beds were uncomfortable

Liked the place. Would of loved hot water for showers. It seemed at times it ran out of hot water in rooms. Continental breakfast or at least coffee in lobby would of been a 5 star visit.

This was the perfect hotel for our family of five as we ended our 10 day vacation traveling the National Parks. We had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable, and the hotel was very clean and well kept. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close enough to the strip to easily attend a show and grab dinner but also far enough off that we could spend a day by the pool relaxing with the kids. There is a monorail stop close by as well.
It was also soooo nice to have in room laundry as I am now returning home without 5 loads of dirty laundry. A special thanks to the staff who left me extra detergent after noticing the piles I had ready to rotate through. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great with two minor annoyances. The mini fridge made popping noises in the night which woke me a few times. And the airflow was too low on the a/c. I understood with it over 100 out the room would feel warmer but just moving air would have helped so much.

The room was good but calling this club paradise is a stretch. There’s barely food, no bar, and a tiny pool. This property is beyond misleading being branded as a grand vacation club paradise. It’s neither grand nor paradise. It’s more the same as a Hampton inn and should be called that. Consequently disappointing .

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite for 2 nights for a convention in Las Vegas. We have 2 young sons and our accomodations were perfect. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed - we were able to use the full kitchen, fridge, and washer/dryer for our needs. The beds and couch were comfortable, and all the electronics were modern with wireless chargers for the TV remotes (that also doubled as chargers for our phones)! The lady that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful, and the cafe at the ground floor was also convenient and the lady there was so sweet to my boys! The location was easy to ride the monorail to the Strip and parking was easy enough. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

The staff was very friendly. Room clean. Water was shut off part of the day and they had plenty of water for us in the lobby to drink. Would stay here again. Great place to stay if attending a convention in LV.

Spotless room and hotel all around, I really enjoy being away from all the smoke you get at casinos, especially since I was here to work. I highly recommend it for a quiet peaceful night, with a very nice pool also. Communication with the hotel through text was most important as they would text you to make sure everything was to your liking. Would stay here again. It is easy to reach Las Vegas Blvd but a perfect distance away from it.

Close to Vegas Strip, makes it a great option from those expensive hotels. Presently renovated, is pretty clean. Just of the strip, is quiet without the executive traffic. A good family or business option.

We stayed with our two children. It was nice to have the pull out couch and chaise lounge for them. Having a full kitchen helped us save money as we were able to make breakfast in the room rather than going out. The pool is smaller compared to some resorts but relaxed/quiet. There is no bar or restaurant at the pool. The parking garage is close to the property with 4 EV chargers (2 tesla, a siemens & another generic).
The AC in our room was underperforming but the staff had it fixed while we were out one morning. The rooms were also quiet at night but I dont know if that was due to sound proofing or courteous neighbors.

My overall stay did what it needed to. Unfortunately it can be some improvements. Fitness center is very tight/small. Most mornings I could not get a workout in due to the space, too many people weee trying to accommodate. The menu for hot food at the market can be more.

The staff is great. I appreciate the flexibility by management to adjust my dates. The rooms are very nice after the remodel. The only two issues were the elevators and the televisions. The elevators are a disaster. I understand the why the cards are needed, but the programming is terrible. I rode all the floors multiple times. The new television platforms aren’t great either. The remotes don’t work well and they already needed updating.

The experience was not as expected. The coffee maker was not working, there was a leak in the shower (safety issue), trash was found in the main bathroom (glucose strip). The hotel didn't provide instructions about parking and registration (knowing that they have construction going on). The experience was 4/10 for my family.

I had a good stay but I didn’t like how the website mislead me with say the give breakfast when they don’t. And the pool close to early 6 pm is to early in my opinion.

Great property however not a resort so dont understand why they charge a resort fee. Stayed here a few times. This trip however I had packages delivered from amazon to me and the hotel charged for collection of EACH PACKAGE! Not acceptable in my opinion. Repairs are ongoing so no water on a monday from 11am to 4 pm. There was no change in the fees for this inconvenience. Housekeeping staff lovely and rooms clean. Still a convenient place to stay in las vegas if you can overlook the above.
