The stay was ok, and the room was average, but clean. The breakfast was supposed to be from 6.15am, but it wasn't ready until 6.45. So hadn't got time to stay for it, as had to get on the road for work. The hotel had somewhere to get something to eat and drink, but not a great selection on menu.

A quick one night stay just before a longer trip. The hotel is conveniently located and, the price it offered including breakfast, really is quite a bargain.

Great place tor a short stay. We stayed over during our business trip. Staff was friendly and professional.

Hotel was cold in many areas. Our room was clean and tidy but only had one small wall hung electric heater that took ages to warm up.
The dining area was also cold, which made eating a little uncomfortable.

We have no complaints at all, except the people in the next room were very loud and shouting and swearing until gone 3am in the morning which disrupted our sleep.
It might be a good ideal not to put young people next to elderly couples

Booked a twin room. Room only had double bed. Chap at Reception needed some encouragement to be proactive and find an acceptable solution. Colleagues were introduced and resolved issue satisfactorily.

I would recommend this hotel. We used it as a stop over before a cruise. It is very handy for the cruise terminal. The breakfast was an added bonus as it was included in the price.

The sofa bed was awful the mattress was paper thin and the springs dug in all night. Didnt get any sleep. Weve stayed here before but the beds ruined it for us this time and i cant see us coming back. It was so loud in the corridor with people shouting to each other at 1am, obviously not the hotels fault but just added to our feelings.

You are far from the downtown area, 15 minutes by taxi. Industrial park around the hotel. Clean and it felt safe

The staff were 1st class and breakfast was good as before but now you can take coffee and croissants to go which was absolutely spot on already booked again

Overall good. Could do with some deep cleaning. Beds were clean, but carpets had stain everywhere.

What i’d expect from a HIE. Stayed in better HIEx with business but i was in this one with family. Wouldnt of been so bad if i was solo.
Poor breakfast, too busy with staff not able to keep things available. 1st morning no milk, cutlery, eggs or butter. Second no pastries or milk with half hot option missing and arriving in drips and drabs.
No hot option other than black coffee with coffee machine broke both mornings.
Bed squeaky and sounded broken, shower head wouldnt hold as bracket was broken so had to hold it by hand.
Convenient for out trip but wouldnt really want to stay again

Staff looked like they where short, running around pretty hectically. They did a great job considering.
Food menu was expensive and half was not available.

The property was a short ride to the cruise terminal. The staff was very personable. The photo of the property, however, is deceiving. There is a new building being constructed that nearly surrounds the property and blocks a view of the hotel on approach.

I stayed for 3 days, 2 nights, the hotel and room was clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms do not have air conditioning and if you're coming from the US bring International adapters for the outlets, you can't use US chargers without the adapter. We brought battery packs for our phones and did find one USB outlet near one of the beds so you can charge your phones through that. Otherewise my stay was 10/10!

Unfortunately it seems to be in the middle of a building site. Parking was very difficult, my husband is disabled and we have a blue badge but there was no space.
No hot water for showering in the morning.
Very noisy in the dining room for breakfast and no space for us so we left to find breakfast on out way home.
We would not stay here again.

Convenient for Southampton General Hospital - its a bit of a building site (warehouses) with an unusual entry road - but once there the Hotel is great
